This is one hell of a coincidence in timing… or it could be linked somehow to the idea that XXXTentacion‘s murder was premeditated, and had been a long time in coming, as we’ve been reporting.
Regardless, though, after the South Florida rapper’s death earlier this week, new information is coming to light that appears to indicate the fact that he left his family members in a good place — at least as far as real estate is concerned.

According to TMZ, the rapper recently purchased at least four homes for family members around him in the weeks leading up to his death.
The four homes — all purchased in South Florida, and all bought between April and June — combined to total $1.7 million in real estate transactions, with the breakdown as follows (below):
1- $420,000 for a 3 bed, 2 bath 2,000 square foot home
2- $467,500 for a 4 bed, 2 bath 2,300 square foot home
3- $385,000 for a 4 bed, 2 bath 2,100 square foot home
4- $500,000 for a 4 bed, 3 bath 2,700 square foot home
Whoa!
Sources claim that those homes are gifts to parents, aunts and uncles, and grandparents — and that XXXTentacion wanted everybody around him to be taken care of once he started making money.

As it turns out, the timing couldn’t have been better, unfortunately. It’s almost like he knew what was about to happen to him…
