In an auction for the rights to the Terminator empire yesterday, Pacificor beat them out by proving they were willing to throw down any amount of money to gain control of the Terminator empire. So Sony and Lionsgate backed down.

Sources are confirming that The Jersey Shore has got its location for season two. Snooki, the Situation, JWOWW, Pauly D, and Co. are heading to South Beach.

The source confirms that the group will be heading down in May to start shooting and that MTV is currently renting and renovating a house off Lincoln Road for America's favorite guidos and guidettes to trash.

No word yet if the duck phone will be moving from it's home in Seaside Heights or if the house has accommodations for the juiceheads' GTL lifestyle.

Personally, we're a little disappointed they aren't headed to Europe. Could you imagine what real, true blood Italians would do to these guys?

Jeff Probst, host of long-running reality series Survivor, has decided to renew his duties for seasons 21 and 22.

“After 10 years and 20 seasons, it felt like a prudent and thoughtful thing to take a moment and breathe and think, ‘what’s next for me?’ But I started to come back to the same conclusion, which was I am not finished with Survivor yet. It’s the right way to go.”

The new season, Heroes vs. Villians, which features returning has-beens cast members from the past 19 seasons, premieres on Thursday, and being a part of that was a big factor in Probst's decision to stay on.

“I think Heroes vs. Villains is going to satisfy on every level, so what’s inspiring about that is we are coming off Samoa with Russell and a season with 20 returning all-stars, so we have to do something special with 21 and 22. We have to be on our game and get very creative, so that is very exciting. It really hit me when I walked in to the party a month ago and saw the logos for the 20 seasons on the wall. That was a really great kick in the pants for me to say, ‘Don’t be embarrassed to be proud of what the team has accomplished.’ Twenty seasons is a lot of television. I am very much aware that I have one of the top 10 jobs on television. I get it."

"I had to get a new passport two years ago, and that was an emotional moment, me and the passport, having to say goodbye to all those stamps from all over the world. It was all weathered, it folded, it had been in my pocket, it had been in backpacks, it had gotten wet, it had been on boats, and then I get from the government a brand new one and it’s like, ‘ah, really?’ But I’ve started filling one up, though!”

We have to agree! It must be a pretty awesome job to get to travel to all of those exotic locales without having to worry about where your next meal is coming from, whether you'll have shelter, or who on your team is trying to eff you over!!

Even if you did have to put up with Elizabeth HasselBITCH when you guys were in Australia together!!

We think the competition definitely has another few years in it without becoming too tired, but we think the show should probably end when Probst decides to call it quits. There's only so many places you can strand attention whores before viewers are over it!!

Yeah, if females want to vomit profusely while they're watching TV!

Jon Gosselin's stoopid lawyer Mark Heller is running his mouth again, saying that his client was the star of Jon and Kate Plus 8 and NOT Kate Gosselin.

"The show is based on female demographics. You have housewives watching. They want to see what Jon Gosselin is going to do next. They don't care about Kate that much. She is not the ratings draw he is."

Actually we think people liked to watch for the cute kids, NOT their douchey parents!

Heller also addressed Jon now allowing TLC to film the kids again as long as it's a modified schedule with fewer hours and fewer days (and obviously a big paycheck for him)! "It shocks me that they don't try and get this thing back on the air."

It shocks us that Heller legitimately thinks women watched the show for Jon Gosselin!

And we really don't think it's a good idea to revive Jon and Kate Plus 8 — and not just because we like seeing Jon broke and desperate! While it might bring some more juicy dramz, it sure as hell isn't good for those kids after all that's happened.

Rough show to work on!

While killing time last night waiting for their special guest, MVP Saints quarterback Drew Brees, to show up, David Letterman thought he would throw the pigskin around with his crew.

He sent a strong spiral toss to his stage manager, 63 year old Biff Henderson, who caught the ball, but also fell off stage almost directly into the audience. He seemed fine at first, but shortly after, he complained that he couldn't move one of his knees. He was rushed to the hospital immediately to be check out.

We're told it ended up not being too serious and that Biff was released sometime last night after the taping.

Thank goodness! That's all you need, Dave - another lawsuit!

Eva Longoria Parker has joined the ranks of celebrities on Twitter and already, she is making things a little more interesting.

In an attempt to get her followers to also follow her hubby Tony Parker on the micro-blogging website, she accidental directed everyone to porn!

That's right! A saucy, dirty X-rated website! (We didn't think she and Tony were into that sort of thing!)

Quickly learning her mistake, Eva issued her first Twit-gret, posting:

"Oh noooo! I put the wrong Twitter site for my husband!! The one I put earlier goes to some porn site!!!! Don't use it!"

Embarrassing! No worries, Eva! You'll get the hang of it.

Katherine Heigl will take a hiatus from being extremely unlikable to star in One for the Money, based on the Janet Evanovich novel of the same name. She will play Stephanie Plum, an unemployed lingerie buyer who becomes a bounty hunter to support herself.

Although it sounds shiteous, Reese Witherspoon was previously attached to the role, but because it lay dormant for several years, she dropped out.
