Calum McSwiggan is adamant that he's not faking his alleged attack.

However, the police have revealed that they have video

This is going to be legendary!
The rumored mega concert featuring Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones, and Bob Dylan is officially a go, as the music legends confirmed they will be coming together for a once-in-a-lifetime event called Desert Trip!
The iconic and influential artists will be joined by Neil Young, Roger Waters, and The Who for a three-night concert in Indio, California this October!
Located at the home of Coachella, each of the rock and roll legends will play a full set — easily making this the can't-miss musical event of the century!
With performances starting after sunset, the concert will kick off on October 7 with the Stones and Bob Dylan and His Band, followed on October 8 by the former Beatles singer and Neil Young + Promise of the Real — then Roger Waters and The Who will be closing the concert on October 9.
The best part is, the epic event isn't as pricey as you might think. General admission for a single day pass is only $199 — no, you ain't desert tripping!
All tickets go on sale Monday, May 9 at 10 a.m. PT at DesertTrip.com — ch-ch-check out the prices and announcement video (below)!
Move over, Keith Richards! You're not the only British rock legend who dabbles in piracy!
Beatles co-founder Paul McCartney is getting in on the fun too, as he's filming a brief appearance in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales!
And he's boarding late!
The fifth installment in the Disney ride-turned-film franchise, set to bow in Summer 2017, has already wrapped principal photography with returning stars Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, and Geoffrey Rush.
But apparently directors Espen Sandberg and Joachim Ronning are adding one more scene with the FourFiveSeconds singer.
We have no idea what it could be, but considering it's after the fact we're guessing Disney is bringing the Marvel Studios post-credit scene to the open sea.
What do YOU think of Paul in Dead?
We've lost a legend.
One of the most famous music producers, Sir George Henry Martin, also known as the "Fifth Beatle", has passed away at 90.
Martin was of course most famously known for signing The Beatles in 1962 to Parlophone Records when the company was mainly focusing on jazz and comedy.
George ended up going on to produce and arrange almost all of the Fab Four's songs during his career, that lasted more than six decades. Overall, the late producer helped create 23 number-one hits in the U.S. and 30 number one hit singles in the U.K.!
Though there aren't many details regarding the legend's passing, Beatles member Ringo Starr took to Twitter to confirm the death by sharing:
Tyga caused quite a stir when people found out that Paul McCartney, Beck, and the Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins were all turned away from the rapper's Grammys after-party at the Argyle nightclub Monday night.
Initial reports were that the Rack City rapper came off a bit nonchalant about the whole incident, but Jimmy Kimmel wanted to give the 26-year-old a chance to explain himself.
That's why Kylie Jenner's BF stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night to give his side of the story and explain why you shouldn't blame him for turning Sir Paul away!
Ch-ch-check out Tyga's explanation (below) and let us know if you're buying what he's selling!
Who did this bouncer think he was?!
But there was a snag in their plan, because all three were denied entry at the door.
Honestly, the whole idea of Kylie Jenner's boyfriend rejecting a member of The Beatles was so absurd that the whole group had a nice laugh about it.
The 73-year-old was caught on camera quipping:
"How VIP do we gotta get?"
He joked to Beck:
We're so conflicted about this!
But if that wasn't enough to convince you that the frontman was going solo, we've got some more bad news to report.
Apparently, a few days before his management switch, Harry also got rid of his old publicity team and is now signed to the agency Dawbell, who cover all the press for acts ranging from Paul McCartney to 5 Seconds of Summer.
If you pair these out-of-the-blue staffing changes with the facts that the Perfect singer also wrote four new songs on his own with Gary Go and Snow Patrol's Johnny McDaid, as well as his recording session history with Kodaline, we could be seeing a solo album anytime after One Direction's hiatus goes into official effect this March.
Do U foresee Harry abandoning Louis, Liam, and Niall anytime soon??

Will Kanye West FINALLY make up his mind?!
Yeezy's highly-anticipated album is dropping February 11, and the infamous perfectionist is making changes right down to the wire…
INCLUDING the album's title!
On Tuesday, the 38-year-old took to Twitter to announce that his new LP will no longer be named SWISH! Instead, it will be
