Bam Margera may have agreed to go to rehab last week, but that doesn't excuse his dangerous behavior.

In case you hadn't heard, after the MTV star was pulled over for driving with a cell phone, police gave him a field sobriety test — and he failed.

Now TMZ is reporting the L.A. City Attorney's Office has officially filed two charges against Bam — driving under the influence and driving with a .08 or higher blood alcohol content.

Because this is the skater's first offense of this kind, it's unlikely he'll face jail time. Thankfully nothing worse happened while he was behind the wheel!

Meanwhile, Bam has been posting on Instagram during his phone privilege time in rehab. Keep up with how it's going (below):

Last night at around 11:00 p.m. local time, former NBA star Dennis Rodman was busted for DUI in Newport Beach, California.

The often-controversial former basketball star and pop culture icon was pulled over for a traffic violation, and cops ended up administering field sobriety tests that he failed. He was cuffed, and taken to the police station in Newport Beach.

According to TMZ, Rodman was cooperative the whole time. He blew over the .08 limit once at the police station, though it's not known at this point exactly how drunk he allegedly had been.

Rodman was booked in jail, where he stayed for seven hours until police determined he had sobered up enough to care for himself, and he was released on his own recognizance.

A rep for Rodman told the outlet that rehab may well be in the former athlete's future, saying:

Looks like Bam Margera is seeking help.

In case you hadn't heard, the MTV star who had been working hard at staying sober fell off the wagon; he was arrested Sunday morning for DUI.

Now Bam's mother, April Margera, and his wife, Nicole, are helping him get to rehab. According to TMZ, the family settled on a facility, and the Jackass alum plans on admitting himself on Friday — so he can honor TV commitments he has through Thursday.

Sounds like a smart course of action — as long as the delay doesn't keep getting extended…

Innerestingly, TMZ is also reporting Dr. Phil reached out to the troubled skater — and was turned the heck down! Can't say we blame Bam considering all the rumors we've heard recently about how that show treats addicts.

At least we know with that beautiful newborn baby boy at home, Bam has something to focus on while getting sober. Apparently after his arrest the first thing he said was he wanted to be there for Phoenix.

Another tough trip for the news cycle for Luann de Lesseps, even after she went off to rehab to recover from a not-so-good night in Florida a week ago.

The Countess — a Real Housewives mainstay who is now facing felony charges after attacking a police officer in Palm Beach County, Florida last week — has apparently REALLY angered her ex-husband, the European aristocrat Alexandre de Lesseps.

The French-born de Lesseps is a Count, of course, and that's why everyone naturally calls Luann the Countess in reference to her former marriage to him… but now, according to Page Six, Luann might be in hot water for using the de Lesseps last name!!!!

A source says that Alexandre is "mortified and ashamed" at Luann's recent behavior, and continues (below):

First Date From Hell! Woman Accused Of Drunkenly Damaging $1 Million Worth Of Fine Art!

What's the worst thing a first date has ever done to you? If it's less than $300K worth of damage, Tony Buzbee might have you beat.

The wealthy Houston lawyer went on a date with a court reporter named Lindy Lou Layman over the weekend during which he alleges she got completely hammered.

When he tried to call the 29-year-old an Uber, prosecutors say the 29-year-old hid inside the house before eventually doing massive amounts of damage.

Among the accusations in the felony criminal mischief charge are throwing two sculptures, pouring red wine on artwork, and tearing paintings off the wall — including two Andy Warhol originals valued at $500K EACH!

According to Buzbee, Layman also "pulled a Renoir and a Monet off the wall" — though thankfully he says they were not damaged.

Layman posted $30,000 bail and is due back in court on January 9.

Nowhere in the court documents is a reason given for Layman to be so destructive toward the 49-year-old's property, but we can safely assume there won't be a second date.
