We always thought KFC could make you gain an enormous amount of weight, but apparently Britney Spears is on a Colonel-approved diet!

After the Scream & Shout songstress left a fitness photo shoot for Shape magazine yesterday, she was seen grabbing lots of chicken from the fast food joint in Thousand Oaks, which led us to wonder how in the world is she keeping so thin.

Considering that one extra crispy breast is 490 calories, a thigh hits for 370 calories and a biscuit is 180 calories, she could probably eat her daily calorie intake in one sitting.

We wouldn't promote such a HIGH calorie lunch, but since she's BRITNEY B*TCH, she can do whatever she wants.

Go 'head and eat that finger lickin' chicken guuurl!!

The El Lay Dodgers tweeted an adorable pic of Britney Spears wearing a Dodgers jersey yesterday, and even though we have no idea how the baseball team and the sassy songstress hooked up… we really don't care because this is just plain out amazingness!

While posting the pic (above), the team wrote:

C'mon gurl, you know you have pants WITHOUT stains in your closet!! LOLz

Britney Spears visited a dance studio for the second time this week, and judging from her "dance outfits," we're beginning to think that all Brit Brit owns are rags.

While the Scream and Shout singer walked up to the building, she was spotted in a nice tank, cute kicks and some very old bleach stained pants.

It might be time to retire those raggedy sweats, but for all we know, they're probably her lucky dancing bottoms. Ha!

Welp, at last her chocolate locks are on point!!

Britney Spears is no longer a blonde, and we love it!!

The X Factor judge hit up a dance studio in Thousand Oaks yesterday, and once she was done dancing her fabulous butt off and and headed to her car, we almost didn't recognize her.

Miz Spears first debuted her brunette locks at Elton John's Oscar viewing PAR-TAY, and while her 'do was all nice and put together there — she rocked it messy after working out… but it was still looking good!

But to be honest, Britney can't ever look bad in any situation. After all, she is a goddess!!

We've been waiting to see Britney Spears' commercial for the new Twister Dance ever since we saw her RAWKING that $20,000 bra during the shoot back in April, and now, the final version has arrived in all of its FEROCITY!

And believe us, it is NOT to be missed!

Ch-ch-check out the pop sensation showing off some serious moves as she belts out her smash single, 'Till The World Ends (above)!

AGH! She looks INCREDIBLE!

And we LOVE that Twister was able to amp up all the fun of the original game and make it more cardio-friendly!

Now excuse us! We have to go shake our booty to this on loop for the rest of the day!

We previously mentioned she was going to get back into shape for X Factor, and dayum, this piece of Louisiana pie is certainly looking deeeelicious!

She tweeted the (above) pic of her in a bikini with the caption:

"Having some fun in the sun… don't want summer to be over!"

You don't want it to be over so you can keep rocking teeny bikinis and showing off your toned abs!

And you should cause we'll say it again, you're looking good!
