While rumors are circulating that Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have gotten engaged, the two have yet to publicly announce it.

Instead, they're publicly shoving their tongues down each others throat.

After watching Mel B.'s sexy performance in Burlesque Revue with the Pussycat Doll's Robin Antin, the lovely duo was spotted making out and drinking at the Colony in Los Angeles.

What, no new tattoos to get this week?

Well, this just made us throw up in our mouth a little bit.

We've hearing rumblings - and we hope that's all it is - that Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner have consummated their true and beautiful love by getting engaged!

Apparently, sources at OK Magazine are claiming:

"Avril put a group of 15 friends on notice that she & Brody want to tie the knot on Vegas in August or September."

In Vegas? How clASSy!

Let's all just hope this is a vicious, ugly rumor.

Oh, good lord.

Now she's going to think that they're destined to be together and probably write a song about it!

The most obnoxious couple in the world, Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner, may have just upgraded from irritating drunken fling to HOrrific serious romance now that The Hills douchebag has saved the dumbass singer from drowning!

According to reports, Brody was teaching Avril how to surf when things got dangerous!

A source says:

"A big wave flipped her into the water upside down. Brody swam over and dragged Avril to shore, but she'd had the wind knocked out of her - she'd swallowed a bunch of water and was coughing. When Avril realized what happened, she was so thankful Brody was there to save her."

Unfortunately, the rogue wave did not carry those two away to the Lost island. Which, seeing as the show is now over, would be a perfect place for them to be stranded!

No one would have ever thought to look there, everyone's too pissed off at all of the island's unsolved mysteries!

And one of them was visibly pregnant!

Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis has been accused of attacking two female employees after he discovered them sending information to a news media outlet saying negative things about him!

A source reveals:

“Joe grabbed the cell phone of a female employee at Mantra Films. The employee was using the phone to send an article to a news media outlet about the ‘bad’ things Joe Francis was doing at his company.

“Joe came back and physically attacked the female employee and another employee in the accounting department who was visibly pregnant. Joe fired all involved employees even if they only viewed the attack. The Santa Monica police were called and took statements.”

The police report says that there were no injuries and no arrests were made, but the case has been turned over to the City Attorney's Office and the Santa Monica DA will decide whether or not to press charges.

This isn't the first time Joe's been involved in violence against women — remember the incident with Playboy playmate and Brody Jenner's ex-girlfriend Jayde Nicole?

And he's full of rage!

Brody Jenner recently said that his old buddy Spencer Pratt has "lost it" and Spencer didn't appreciate his comments very much.

Spencer ranted about Brody and his new "fuck" tattoo: "I saw that tattoo that he got. He should add -ing idiot to it!"

Ouch! He also attacks Brody's dating history saying:

"You've only dated famous girls for the past 6 years and I'm the attention whore? [Kristin] Cavallari to LC [Lauren Conrad] to Lindsay Lohan to Avril Lavigne? Avril? She was famous in what, the 90s? We were in 7th grade when her song came out, I think, you foolio."

LOLs! Foolio?! Spencer also isn't impressed with Brody's hard-pAArtying lifestyle:

"Honestly, Brody, I'm worried about you. I don't even drink and go to clubs and you're worried about me? You're the one showing up to all of these events wasted, man. Maybe you need some crystal therapy to sober you up. Go connect with nature and not the bottle, you drunk!"

Yes, Spencer. We could all use a little crystal therapy to deal with your insanity!

We can't believe it, but we're siding with Brody on this one!

Isn't she just a delicate little flower?

The resident bitch on The Hills and rumored coked-out trainwreck Kristin Cavallari was up to her usual tricks last night while shooting an episode of the reality series, and apparently got wasted and unleashed on some random ho at the Nylon Young Hollywood Party!!

Sources claim that Kristin was not too pleased to see her ex-boyfriend, Brody Jenner, flirting with other clASSy ladies, so after a couple of cocktails, she flashed her panties, lost her shiz, threw a cell phone, and got into a screaming match with one of the skanks!

Brody enjoyed watching the scene for about five minutes before he and Kristin took off to her hotel room.

GEESH! If we didn't know that the whole thing was staged and that Brody, in reality, wasn't exchanging all sorts of fun STDs with Avril Lavigne, then we might have gotten a kick out of it!

Oh well. We're sure it will make for truly groundbreaking television!

He thinks he's lost it and we agree!

Brody Jenner said of his former best friend Spencer Pratt and his crazy antics:

"I actually think he's kind of lost it a little bit. Lately, it's hard for me — even as someone who used to be best friends with him — to see what's real and what's not as far as he goes… I see he wants attention."

Brody also addressed the infamous crystals in the Pratt home saying that Spencer "got all crazy" with them.

Apparently Spencer and wife Heidi Montag are in "panic mode" as well about losing their source of income on The Hills. Spencer was suspended after threatening to kill a producer and Heidi had her role reduced after objecting to a fake divorce story line.

Could this be the end of Speidi?!
