What started out as an innocent question turned into so much more!
Ch-ch-check it out
Hey Lance Armstrong!
We're sorry to hear that you're unable to take part in a swimming competition in Texas, but maybe you shouldn't have cheated in sports for all those years and then followed it all up with lies. You'd probably be able to compete in anything you wanted had you not done that! Just sayin'!
Armstrong wanted to compete at the Masters South Central Zone Swimming Championships in his home town of Austin this weekend. It has nothing to do with cycling, it isn't subjected to USA or World Anti-Doping Agency codes. No prob, right?
Lance Armstrong filed a libel case against the British Sunday Times in 2004, and received a payout of $540,000 toward his legal fees regarding a post about drug use allegations.
But now, the newspaper is suing him for $1.6 million because
Max Greenfield, who plays Schmidt on New Girl, will be instructing a spin class this weekend and all proceeds will go to charity!
This Sunday at the SoulCycle in West Hollywood for just $100, you (yes, U!) can take a ride with this hilarious actor.
Judging from the video (above) Greenfield actually seems like an incredibly motivating spin instructor.
It's obvious he's mixing just the right amount of fun and intensity in his spin moves and oh man, we wish we could join him!
All money will go to Milk + Bookies, a non-profit organization that has kids donate their books to other kids.
Either watch the video (above) or check out the class URself, but for the love of all, DO SOMETHING!!!
Kristen Chenoweth made good use of her weekend!
The actress attended and participated in a Cycle for Survival charity event on Sunday at a New York City Equinox gym. The event benefited Jennifer Goodman Linn's mission to cure rare cancers and Kristen was thrilled to be a part of the cure, writing on Facebook:
"I’m so excited to be participating in Cycle for Survival today at Equinox! Jennifer Goodman Linn’s mission to cure rare cancers is truly inspiring and touches close to home for so many of us. I encourage you all to join me and donate to support the cause."
Getting a workout, while raising money for cancer research? We can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Patrick Dempsey, an avid cycling enthusiast, wore his finest racing spandex in Beverly Hills on Wednesday to announce that the ritzy El Lay county city would host stage 8 of the 2012 Amgen Tour of California.
The 8th and final stage of California's biggest cycling event will send riders on a 44.7 mile journey through Los Angeles until they cross the finish line at L.A. Live.
On top of his interest in the sport,
This is what you get when you're doping.
What we don't understand is this: it's illegal. People get caught and banned for it ALL THE TIME. Why would anyone risk it, especially when you want to have a clean win?
Isn't a clean win ideal??
Alberto Contador has been stripped of his 2010 Tour de France title and BANNED for two years from the event.
He had originally claimed that he tested positive for clenbuterol because he had consumed "contaminated meat" on a rest day. The excuse had originally exonerated him.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport called bullshizz on that, though, and upheld appeals by the International Cycling Union and World Anti-Doping Agency that challenged the original exoneration.
They DID backdate the punishment, though, and he'll be able to race again this year — but not until after the TdF and Olympics. Whomp whomp!

Such an inspiration for everyone.
As his Hodgkin's lymphoma returned in September, Survivor winner Ethan Zohn is preparing for stem-cell treatment in the upcoming weeks, so in light of this, he and his girlfriend and fellow Survivor contestant Jenna Morasca, debuted matching pink hair as a display of their solidarity during this difficult and scary time!
