As we mentioned last month, rapper DMX was in Miami waiting for Arizona authorities to pick him up as he has to face drug and animal cruelty charges there.

Well, according to Maricopa County Sheriff's officials, DMX has been transfered and is now in custody in a Phoenix jail.

He's currently being held on a $25,000 cash bond.

No trial date has been set yet for his many offenses.

This has just been a year full of jail time and court cases for DMX.

Someone needs to go to rehab, and fast!

Rapper DMX's legal problems just keep adding up.

As we mentioned earlier this week, a Miami-Dade county judge refused bail for DMX and sent him back to jail for a month.

So on Wednesday, DMX pleaded guilty to attempted cocaine and marijuana possession.

He was sentenced to time served.

As for his lawyer, Bradford Cohen, he says DMX is still in custody, waiting for the Arizona authorities to pick him up as he has to face drug and animal cruelty charges there.

Cohen says if DMX hadn't plead guilty, he would have had to stay in a Miami jail until October.

One way or another, he's likely to end up in jail again.

But, for now, he's free!!!

Sorta. He's free but awaiting extradition to face more charges in Arizona!

We've just about lost count of all the arrests and troubles with the law that rapper DMX is facing.

And that's just this past year alone!

DMX was arrested in late August for being a no show at a previously scheduled court appearance in Arizona.

Then, in June he was arrested twice, within the same week, in Miami. Once for attempting to purchase cocaine and marijuana during a narcotics sting. The other time was for an outstanding arrest warrant for having no valid driver's license.

Now, the jail-friendly rapper has angered a Florida judge.

The reason?

DMX started to curse after he was refused bail.

The rapper was in a Miami-Dade court on Wednesday, facing drug possession charges. Though he was probably thinking he'd be released on bail.

However, the request was refused and the judge sent DMX back to jail for another month.

To that, DMX responded with, "I ain't going back to no fucking jail."

While most people are probably thinking that, you shouldn't really say it out loud in court.

And to his remark, the judge responded with, "Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me."

Ha!

Poor DMX. Whether he likes it or not, he's going to be spending a lot of time in jail.

Here's another attempt at trying to revive a dying career with the help of "reality" television. Revive or simply just pay legal bills!

The latest musician to get his own program is beleaguered rapper DMX.

The show, DMX: This Life of Mine will follow the rapper around and even document his many, many legal problems.

Wonder if he'll get arrested while he's filming?

Just this year alone he's been arrested six times. And there's still months to go before the end of the year!

Apparently, the show will feature DMX as he tries to get his life together after all the mess-ups he's currently had.

However, this won't be his first reality series.

Back in 2006, he starred in DMX: Soul of a Man.

Did anyone even watch that?

In a recent statement, DMX says, "In many ways, my life has been an open book. (But) I haven't always been the one writing the story. With this show, however, people will get to see and hear with their own eyes and ears what really goes on in my life and I think they'll come to understand me a little bit better with each episode."

But the important question is, do we really care to watch?

We thought he was supposed to be in the hospital?

DMX was arrested in Miami on Thursday.

The arrest stemmed from the rapper's no show at a previously scheduled court appearance in Arizona on Tuesday.

A judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest and he's on his way back home now to face the law.

DMX's lawyer says he was intending to check himself into rehab.

Seems like a trip to jail might come first!

As we mentioned earlier this week, DMX's lawyer had until 4pm on Tuesday to explain to a judge in Pheonix why his client didn't show up for his court date for the second time.

His public defender, Charles Kozelka, told the judge DMX couldn't make it to court since he had been checked into a Miami hospital on Tuesday morning.

We hope he doesn't try and give a fake name and social again like he did in Scottsdale to try and get out of paying a $75,000 medical bill.

And why the hell does he have a public defender? Is he so broke he can't afford his own attorney?

Kozelka says, "We provided intake documentation, and the judge said it was insufficient. The judge said he should have informed the court sooner, and because it was the second time he'd missed court in this case, she issued the warrant."

Poor DMX.

His attorney did not give any reason for the hospitalization either and didn't comment on whether DMX was in rehab or not.

Kozelka did say that DMX's team is "working towards getting him some help, and we hope that will be taken seriously by all parties in this case."

His attorney said he's working on getting DMX back to Arizona to deal with the warrant. He says, "We have to work out an arrangement that will work with the courts. Obviously, it's not working now. We are in court again next week on other matters, and my hope is we can get the warrant resolved by then and get back on track."

Kozelka added, "We have some things in the works to get the warrant taken care of. My hope is that we can resolve it without an arrest, but he's been arrested at the airport before, so they obviously have an eye out for him, so I'm not sure."

He'll probably get arrested somewhere along the way before he ends up back in AZ.

When will it end?????

DMX is in trouble with the law AGAIN.

The rapper pissed off a judge by failing to show up for a pre-trial conference.

The judge is holding the bench warrant until 4 p.m. Tuesday to give his attorney time to provide the court with information regarding the location of the arrest-prone musician and reasons for his non-appearance.

The bond for DMX has also been raised to $25,000.

What is going on???

His family and friends haven't intervened to get him on the straight and narrow?!?!

The sometime actor is facing 11 counts, including drug possession and animal cruelty charges, in connection to an August 2007 raid at his Arizona home.

DMX is also accused of giving a false name and Social Security number to a Scottsdale hospital in April to avoid paying a $75,000 medical bill.

We were hoping for another serenade from the rapper!

DMX needs some serious psychiatric care!

The arrest happy rapper went to court in Phoenix on Thursday and pleaded not guilty to a pair of felony theft charges.

We're sure y'all aren't surprised to hear that DMX was in court again, or that he pleaded not guilty.

It's the crazy which came out of DMX after his court appearance that made us scratch our head.

He reportedly serenaded reporters waiting outside the court house.

DMX sang, "If and when you ever fall down, get back up…Drop something, stop fretting, pick that … back up, stand for something or fall for everything, wait for the right pitch or miss with every swing."

He's due to appear in court again on August 12.

Will he have a dance routine prepared for that appearance?

Identity theft!

The rapper has been arrested on a number of charges these past few months, from animal abuse to drug possession.

How many more times does he have to be arrested before he's locked in jail for good????
