Aww, Chris Martin is doing his husbandly duties and showing MAD support for People's most beautiful woman/Hollywood's most hated celeb!

Gwyneth Paltrow hosted a party Tuesday at the Mark's Club in London to celebrate the launch of GOOP's summer season…

And her Coldplay hubby, who is often notably absent from Gwynnie's various work-related events, joined in on the festivities!

The pair seemingly entered/exited the party separately (above), but reportedly chilled together inside with various celeb guests like Kate Hudson.

Sounds gooperrific!

Kate Hudson had on a stiff poker face as she held on tight to her bodyguard while leaving Mark's Club in London on Tuesday.

Take that, paps! You won't get a smile out of her unless she WANTS you to!

The actress followed Gwyneth Paltrow's lead and chose a light, spring-y ensem for Gwynnie's Goop summer party at the members club.

And while Gwyneth went the femme route in her Prabal Gurung frock, Kate looked sharp in white slacks, a subtly shimmery Smythe blazer, and Bird python hobo bag.

Red lips and a perfect tan perfected the outfit.

Gwyneth Paltrow's got legs and she knows how to use them!

The actress showed off all the hard work she's been putting in at the gym on her way to a Mark's Club party in London on Tuesday.

Wearing a sweet yet edgy Prabal Gurung dress with leather belt and seksi cut-out Tom Ford heels, the outspoken Met Gala hater gave a fierce hair flip as she swept past the paps.

Hopefully, she'll have way more fun at this shindig than she did at the Met Ball!

While Gwyneth Paltrow's feud with Madonna is still going strong, one person is back in her good graces: Kate Moss.

The dramz began last year when the two were in Mexico for Sir Philip Green's birthday. Mossy saw the health fantatic jogging on the beach and asked her what she was doing, to which Gwynnie responded 'so I don't look like you when I get old'.

Burn!

But it looks like the two have finally put the past behind them because

Gwyneth Paltrow hates the Met Gala more than the memory of all the days she spent eating affordable, non-organic food.

In other words: A LOT!

She admitted, on two separate occasions, that she had a DREADFUL time at the party, and apparently she even got the cold shoulder from Madonna, too!

So, how weird is it that the front page (above) of her Goop newsletter is ALL ABOUT the "un-fun" Met Ball?

Gwynnie even wrote about the party and surprisingly did not have one bad word to say about it:

"The Met Ball, at NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art, is always the year's most elaborate display of incredible fashion and this year was no different. The theme was 'Punk: Chaos to Couture' and when the house of Valentino's Pierpaolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri asked me to join them, I was thrilled to see what they would create with my right fashion hand, Elizabeth Saltzman."

Accompanying the short description are pictures (below) of the actress getting fitted with her decidedly non-punk Valentino gown.

Is this an attempt to make amends after all the bad-mouthing?

Maybe she wants an invite to next year's shindig after all!

If that's the case, we're not sure this'll be enough to get her back on Anna Wintour's good side.

Finally, someone speaks up!

Gwyneth Paltrow has been on a tear this past week, telling people how much she hated the Met Gala, but Chloe Sevigny has come to the rescue.

The fashion darling thinks the whole reason Gwynnie had a miserable time, besides being snubbed by Madonna, was because her Valentino sleeves were too tight!

Ha!

Chloe quipped:

"Maybe her sleeves were too tight. If you're in a dress where you can't breathe, then you're not comfortable. You have to wear comfortable shoes and an outfit you can be okay in."

You mean being covered in head to toe fabric with minimal ventilation isn't comfortable? You're kidding!

Miz Sevigny added:

"I think it depends on what table you're at, and who you're with, and obviously your attitude. But it's a lot of hoopla over not a lot. Everybody thinks it's so much pressure, and you do the carpet and it's such a big deal, and it's just a museum fund-raiser, you know?"

And it probably didn't help that Her Madgesty was hogging her BFFL Beyonce the entire night, either!

Oh well, the good news is Gwyneth won't have to worry about this again! We have a feeling all her trash talking has gotten her dis-invited to next year's bash.
