They're totes comfy, okay?!

Kim Kardashian had a VERY busy Tuesday morning in NYC as she hopped from an appearance on Good Morning America to another one on Live with Kelly and Michael to promote her new film Temptation.

Of course, she had no problem pulling off two outfit changes, wearing a white flared Ferragamo skirt with lace Valentino top to GMA and a dusty rose Lanvin A-line dress for a visit with Kristin Chenoweth (who filled in for Kelly Ripa) and Michael Strahan.

And she wore the same nude Louboutin pumps with both ensembles.

Guess this is her pregnancy look and she's sticking to it.

Oh, just imagine all the insane wonderful outfits the next 3 months will bring!

Kelly Ripa and her handsome hubby, Mark Consuelos, attended the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in the Big Apple on Tuesday looking like a modern day snow queen

The talk show hostess glided down the blue carpet in a strapless pale dove gray Carolina Herrera brocade print gown accented with a cute bow and belt.

Kelly let her golden glossy locks flow down her back and kept her makeup to a minimum, which was perfect for this light dress.

We love this effortless ensemble, especially when paired with her Prince Charming.

A plastic surgeon in Chicago, Anil Shah MD has been practicing with Botox, but not for the obvious wrinkle-zapping reasons, instead, the doc uses the substance as an acne treatment.

Kelly Ripa served up a blue light dress special at the TV Land Awards this weekend.

The Mistress of Ceremonies strutted her stuff down the black carpet in a belted silk-gazar Jason Wu dress and black pumps.

We're having mixed feelings about this dress because while it's pretty, the length doesn't work on someone as petite as Kelly.

We have no idea why she is there, but at least she looks good!

Walking the red carpet in a Carolina Herrera gown, Kelly Ripa didn't make that huge of a statement with her outfit. We can't say we love the neckline and overall, we're just not impressed with any aspect of the ensemble. Jewelry, makeup, hair … eh!

But good for her for getting invited to the big night! Maybe she is scoping out some possible male costars. Ryan Seacrest? Are you available or what?
