WOW!

It's obvious that Michelle Obama and Jennifer Aniston have gorgeous arms, so we're not entirely surprised that they have inspired many women to get upper arm plastic surgery.

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the procedure called brachioplasty, which gets rid of loose skin in the upper arm, increased by 4,378% last year as 15,000 women decided to go under the knife.

And even though the procedure leaves a visible scar from your elbow to your armpit, the ASPS said:

Kelly Ripa has a pure heart, and a hunger for fitness!

We were SO PUMPED when we saw these pics of her lined up and ready to take part in this years Run Up, at the Empire State Building in NYC. Not only was she taking part, but she was doing it for the Team For Kids charity!

So let's get this straight: she finds time to stay active, and those ways also benefit others???

Ugh! We are SO over botox and its place in the industry!

Nobody needs it, and it's SO artificial — Kelly Ripa is a beauty inside and out, and does not need anything done to keep it that way! Aging is supposed to happen, folks!

And yet, Kelly swears by botox as her secret to maintaining her youthful look!

Kelly Ripa has seriously had one of the best bods in the biz for years now!

She's in better shape than people literally half her age!

And that's because she commits to living fitness every day.

Kells was spotted on a chilly NYC day walking to her gym yesterday and, even though, we're sure it was windy and freezing she popped on her Uggs, threw on a cute hat and blasted some hot tunes to keep her warm.

We're imagining something like Marky Markhttp's Good Vibrations. LOLz!

Glad to see you hittin' the gym, Kelly! Keep up the great work, gurl! Get it!

Michael Strahan is a huge dude. He totally dwarfs Kelly Rippa when he stands next to her.

Shaq is an even bigger dude, and it's laugh-out-loud funny to see him stand next to Strahan as he stands next to Kelly.

Even funnier yet is that he's dressed as Prince!

Aly Raisman recently tweeted an instagram of her, fellow gold medal gymnast Jordyn Weiber and Kelly Ripa.

The two athletes were going on Live! with Kelly and must've been so excited.

After they filmed, they just had to grab a picture with Kelly who was more than happy to flash her pretty smile and put on a gold medal!
