Those photos are really coming back to bite her in the ass!

It's no secret that Kim Kardashian's emotional breakdown over her marriage to Kris Humphries to Kris Jenner that appeared on Kourtney & Kim Take New York - while the two were supposedly in Dubai in October - was staged, as the reality starlet was photographed exiting a soundstage in the exact outfit, make-up, and jewelry she was wearing on camera on December (above) but now, it appears that Kris Humphries is using that exact instance to prove that the union was fraudulent!

The basketball player's attorney is reportedly looking to question his ex, her mother, and E! executives about the entire scenario, as he thinks it backs his case!

Well, it certainly doesn't make her look good! But is it enough in the eyes of the law?

Twist! Bet you didn't see that one coing Kris Humphries! Hope you didn't sign any deals with any networks yet!

Going against the grain and throwing a lot of people off guard, Kim Kardashian has her legal team working very hard to ensure her divorce from Kris is handled in private mediation — no cameras allowed!

It's Kim's hope that by taking their divorce out of the spotlight, the proceedings won't take longer than the actual marriage itself. A source close to the Kardashian family adds:

It was only a matter of time before someone took reality tv to court.

We're just wondering if Kris has what it takes to take down that beast -- and it looks like he'll at least be giving it his all.

We're learning that Kris' lawyer plans to put reality tv on trial by exposing it's M.O. So how would they do that?

They're asking the judge to allow TV stations to broadcast the trial, in a bid to prove that Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but instead only wanted big ratings for this season!

The question is: is that going to be seen as hypocritical? We don't know, we don't think so. It might be a good tool to help expose.

So. Kim want's a divorce, Kris wants an annulment. Kim says there was irreconcilable differences, Kris says it's fraud.

Kris has the uphill battle -- Kim has the argument that Kris has gotten famous for all this too, plus why would she go through the trouble of a long prenup if she didn't intend to stay with him?

But then again, maybe she knew she'd be able to use it as an excuse... the plot thickens. ALSO, the very idea of a prenup to us shows a lack of confidence in the forthcoming marriage -- so couldn't the act of a prenup itself be considered evidence that she wasn't in it for the right reasons??

Following an incident last week where a strange man rang the doorbell of her Beverly Hills home with luggage and insisting that he had invited her to stay with him, Kim Kardashian is reportedly so terrified that she's actually selling the property, and looking for a new place in gated communities around Bel Air and Mulholland!

Heads up, potentials! She requires around-the-clock gated security!

Okay, we know Kim Kardashian obsesses over pays special attention to appearances.

But when everyone started giving her shiz for the crybaby scene in Kourtney and Kim Take New York, she was able to laugh with everyone and agree!!

With so many rumors flying around about what exactly landed Demi in rehab last week, the tabloids are having a field day with all the speculation and are milking her "exhaustion" for all it was worth. Apparently, she is a "time bomb" set to emotionally explode at any moment. And another mag reports she is in a "desperate spiral" with no hope of regaining her life back.

How simply frightful! (We mean how much money they are probably making off of this story!)

But not to be left out (because she couldn't stand it) Kim Kardashian and her ex-hubby Kris Humphries landed a few of their own tabloid covers, along with Will Smith and Brangelina.

Will this divorce drama ever END?!

In the latest Kim Kardashian and Kris Humprhies story, Reality Weekly is claiming that Kris plans on taking his former blushing bride to court!

Although he still claims he truly loved her, the NBA player “wants the world to know how badly he was duped into this sham of a marriage."

A prenup prevents him from publicly discussing a lot of details about their marriage, including how much money was made in the deal. However, sources say "if a judge grants the divorce on the grounds of fraud, the prenup is void.”

What's the real reason that Kris is so pissed these days? It's not just that he was dumped, but he was made to look like a fool on national television, as the source continues:

"Kris knew he was going to look like the bad guy on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, but it's so blatant and over-the-top, it's just cruel.”

If this blessed union really was a scam, we'd love to learn the details, but if Kris is just being bitter, we suggest he simply move on.

This would make for one hell of a Judge Judy episode though, don't ya think? LOLz!

The battle continues.

People on Team Humphries are speaking up on behalf of Kris and want the world to know that the divorce was entirely Kim Kardashian's decision.

Despite what was aired on the Kourtney and Kim Take New York finale, a source has said Kris didn't want a divorce, explaining:

“Kris NEVER said he wanted to get a divorce. In fact, he would have gone to counseling with Kim if she would have given him the chance. She just did what she wanted and didn't include Kris in any of the decision making. She NEVER acted like she was his wife.”

Worst of all, the source shared that Kim didn't make much of an effort to get to know Kris' family, continuing:

“It was also hard for Kris because at the beginning, Kim acted like she really liked Kris's sister, Kaela, but after the wedding she totally ignored her.”

As far as Team Humphries is concerned, Kim's decision to file for divorce "totally broke his heart" and the relationship didn't work because she "never talked to Kris about her feelings; she was just angry at him all the time.”

Clearly, the relationship wasn't working regardless of whose idea it was to get a divorce. What's done is done and all either party can do is move on.

Look at the bright side though, at least you guys made one hell of a reality television storyline this season!
