Ok, so WHO do we want to eventually win Peter Parker's affection?! His high-school lover? The fiery new element? Or maybe there will be a THIRD sexy lady vying for his attention?

Kirsten Dunst stepped out to dinner in El Lay on Thursday night wearing a BANGIN' burgundy leather dress, Chloe jacket, and black pumps.

And look at all those men in the background checking her out!

Not that we're surprised, of course.

But Garrett Hedlund better be keeping an extra eye on his lady!

As seksi as she looked, however, we really wish she wasn't slouching.

Kirsten Dunst looked noticeably lackluster at the exhibit for Elizabeth Taylor's Bvlgari collection in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

Though she wore a sophisticated black one-shoulder Chloe dress and carried a beautiful jeweled clutch, the actress's hair and makeup were totally ho-hum.

Her up 'do looked like a last-minute decision and though we appreciate the natural look, Kirsten's makeup did not accentuate her gorgeous features at all.

She needs some color on those cheeks STAT!

The day before the big award show the stars gathered to raise some money for charity at Art of Elysium Heaven Gala!

Celebs like Anna Kendrick, Stacey Keibler & Julianne Hough, Kirsten Dunst, Joe Manganiello, aaaand Perez (wink) flocked to the Ciroc Safe Ride Program sponsored gala, to support the organization’s mission to make art a catalyst for social change.

Of course, the event was a HUGE success. The stars used their powers (and sexiness) to raise over $200,000 to continue creative programs in children's hospitals!

The On The Road actress wore the long-sleeved dress to the Art of Elysium's 6th Annual Heaven Gala in El Lay on Saturday.

The square neckline gave a nice boost to her bosom, and the cut-out back was seksalicious!

Soft waves, ivory clutch, and pointy-toe pumps completed her look.
