Kristen Bell is 31, on a new hit show, and has been well-known for quite some time. You'd think all that pressure to stay thin and sexy would get to someone after a while.
For Bell, you thought wrong, because she has an arsenal of ways to deal with it all!
For starters, she sees a therapist. Not for any specific or horrifying reason, but to help her cope and endure everything life throws at her — in kind of a preemptive way!

Nothing, including age, is stopping the now 30-year-old Kristen Bell from staying fit and being one of the cutest little things in Hollywood.
“I’m like a jackrabbit throughout the day and like to keep moving whenever I can,” said Bell, who allows herself treats whenever possible. “More flights of stairs means I can eat more candy!”
Kristen is on to something. Exercise doesn’t have to be confined to the gym. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, park your car at the back of the parking lot and walk the distance to the store, and take your dog for an extra walk (he’ll love you for it). There are endless ways to squeeze in a little more fitness!
