We can't even begin to comprehend what Lamar Odom must be going through.
Last Sunday, the basketball star lost his friend Jamie Sangouthai to a flesh-eating disease caused by drug use. And now, he unfortunately has to say goodbye to another friend, as the result of drug abuse.
Bobby Heyward passed away on Saturday, and reports are saying a drug overdose is to blame.
The coroner has not confirmed the official cause of death, but we do know the writer and producer was only 30 when he passed away.
Tragically, his last Instagram post (above) was a touching tribute to Jamie's death. He even captioned the sentimental shot:
However, it seems that Jamie did not die from an overdose as it was initially thought — rather he passed from a flesh eating disease caused by drug use.
The disease, necrotizing fasciitis, is a bacterial skin infection that can be caused by using dirty needles with IV drug abuse. The coroner reports that the disease can spread quickly and often becomes life threatening.
The 37-year-old was close friends with both Lamar and Khloe Kardashian.
On Tuesday the starlet took to Instagram to share a touching message with her fans:
The 37-year-old passed away from a drug overdose, and the insider says that's why Khloé was too sad to go to Disney with her family. The source explained:
"Khloé was too upset over Jamie dying. She wasn't there."
When she found out the devastating news on Sunday, the heartbroken reality star took to Twitter to share her sadness:
💔 when does it stop? RIP Jamie Sangouthai

Jamie had been best bros with Lamar since high school, and he even appeared on the series Khloé and Lamar.
Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this terrible loss.

Poor Lam Lam, y'all.
Odom, a 35-year-old now separated from Khloe Kardashian, was apparently in Las Vegas when he heard the news, which a source related:
It's never easy.
Yesterday, Jamie Christopher Sangouthai, one of Lamar Odom's best friends passed away from a drug overdose.
Jamie was quite close with Lamar going back to their High School days together. Both men not only shared a long friendship but they worked together professionally as well on some business deals and both had a great love of basketball.
Some of this brotherly love was even on display during the short lived Khloe & Lamar show. Jamie was also known to have been friends with some of the Kardashians for several years as well and was one of Lamar's best men during his televised wedding to Khloe Kardashian.
Sangouthai was 37-years-old when he passed and sources report that he may have died from a heroin overdose.
Shortly after the news broke, Khloe took to twitter to send out her condolences and tweeted:
And it's not to say it won't happen because clearly Lam Lam and KoKo want to work it out! It's just… nothing has been really happening between the two.
Especially since their divorce has been stalled for the longest time. So long that back in April, a judge threatened to dismiss the petition because the 35-year-old didn't sign the paperwork.
A friend close to the basketball player dished the dirt on the couple and said:
This is such a good sign!
That's because the 35-year-old finally used his Twitter for the first time in almost a year!
