He effed up, again?!

Rapper Pitbull is being sued by an Australian promoter for failing to abide by their agreed contract. You know, the one where he said he would show up for a tour in 2008, and then didn't?

Suave Promotions released the following statement:

"It is with great regret that Suave Productions and Don Juan Entertainment announce that Armando Christian Perez aka Mr 305, Pitbull is being sued for the failed Australian Tour in December 2008.

Referring to Mr 305 when discussing a lawsuit brings the LOLs!

Suave representative, Jamie Hernandez continued:

“It’s unfortunate that it had to come to this. I am a huge Pitbull fan. I’ve always been the first person in Perth to play his music, but justice must be done. He can say whatever he wants about why he did not get on the plane but we would rather leave it up to the courts to decide who failed to fulfil their end of the contract.

We did everything we could to make him happy, sometimes even going that extra mile in order to meet his demands. But yet he still refused to get on the plane. Not only that, he also failed to notify that he wasn’t coming & also kept half the money for doing nothing at all”.

What a dick!

Maybe this has something to do with the recent cancellations!

After Lil' Wayne's show at Cricket Pavillion in Phoenix last week, two of his four buses stopped at a nearby apartment complex when all hell broke loose!

Witnesses claimed that several women were seen entering and exiting the buses when the violence began.

Stones and bottles were thrown and at least one shot was fired!

Police were called to break up the fight, but a 15-year-old boy later filed a report claiming that thanks to one of Lil' Wayne's bodyguards, he escaped the chaos with bruised ribs.

Wherever Wayne goes, trouble is never far behind!

We don't know what his reasoning is yet, but we're surprised he let everyone know 24 hours in advance!

Monday night's Lil' Wayne show at GM Place in Vancouver was canceled last minute. And the consummate professional frequent douche canceled the next day as well!!

According to the promoter's media release, “The Lil Wayne show has been cancelled due to circumstances beyond Live Nation’s Control.”

Well, Live Nation is not a babysitter!

They can't be responsible for keeping him awake, controlling his pAArties or wrapping up his peen!

The singer was to perform with Young Jeezy, Soulja Boy, and Drake. We're sure they're thrilled!

Ticket holders will be given refunds, but they should consider themselves lucky they dodged a bullet!

Diddy and Lil' Wayne's new albums have gone the way of Mimoo's!

Both Diddy's and Wayne's albums (as well as Mariah's) have been pushed back!

Lil' Wayne's much anticipated Rebirth was supposed to come out on June 23rd, but yeah, that didn't happen! Wayne's label has yet to announce a new release date for the rock album.

Diddy claims he's delayed the release of Last Train to Paris because it's "Jay-Z time and Drake time," but isn't that just narcissistic-tinged way of saying he can't compete with either???

It's not like he's known for his professional demeanor!!

Lil' Wayne is being sued for $432,000 by Red City Entertainment for failing to appear at his own concert in the Bahamas.

The amount covers the rapper's $210,000 advance along with hotel, transportation and venue expenses.

When Lil' Wayne did not show up for the show, police were sent to check up on the rapper and found him unconscious in his hotel room.

Classy!!!

That's quite a bit of money when you've got all those baby mommas to support!

Sorry, Europe. There will be no thrill, chills, or grills coming your way from Lil' Wayne.

He's a lil' ill!

The rapper and his reps released a statement Thursday announcing he would be unable to perform at the next seven scheduled European tour dates due to illness. We are told he must cancel because he requires "doctor-mandated rest", but promises to reschedule when possible.

The statement reads: "Lil Wayne extends an apology to his fans for the short notice of this postponement. But [he] looks forward to returning for the performances and visitation with his fans."

Yeah, you better go back and do those shows. You don't want to owe promoters more money.

Besides, we're sure you've got something lying around that could perk you right back up again. Perhaps the doctor can prescribe you some cannabis sativa, you seem to be a big fan of that!
