There's no denying it now!
On Wednesday, Michelle Williams and Spike Jonze were caught leaving a party for their new movie, Synecdoche, New York, looking very much like a lovey-dovey couple.
And, according to eyewitnesses, as they sped away in their car, Michelle and Spike were seen making out and feeling each other up.
Aww, the passion of new love!

As we told you yesterday, Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams' daughter, Matilda, is getting her father's inheritance.
All of it.
Heath's father has said, "Our family has gifted everything to Matilda." And it's about time!
But, with that good news, comes some bad news.
The company that had a $10 million life insurance policy on Ledger has decided not to pay up - yet - since they claim the death might have been a suicide, even though officials have stated it was accidental!
So, Williams has hired attorneys for her daughter to sue the agency.
ReliaStar Life Insurance Company wrote the policy for Ledger back in June 2007, just six months before he died.
Instead of paying the money to little Matilda, ReliaStar has set out to investigate whether Ledger committed suicide, despite the medical examiner ruling it was an accidental death.
The company is calling Ledger's death "suspicious" and possibly an act of suicide. The company stated that "ReliaStar is entitled to investigate Plaintiff's claim to determine if the 'Suicide' provision is applicable."
And guess who's coming back into the picture.
Mary-Kate Olsen!!!
ReliaStar's attorneys are going to take the depositions of MKO, as well as the masseuse who discovered him dead. They'll also be interviewing his doctors, agents, co-stars on films, psychologists, and many others.
ReliaStar is also claiming that Ledger lied on his insurance application, specifically when it asked if he was taking prescription drugs or ever took illegal drugs.
If they find out he lied, they can contest the policy and say it was a "material misrepresentation."
But, Matilda's lawyers say ReliaStar is violating California law which does not allow insurance companies to reexamine applications after the death of the policyholder.
Her lawyers believe the company should have already paid and say the company is acting "maliciously, fraudulently and/or oppressively."
What do U think????

It's nice to hear that actress Michelle Williams is about to take some good care of herself!
The ex-fiance of the tragically departed Heath Ledger and mommy to Matilda Ledger recently opened up to the New York Times about taking a year off from work and her plans:
"I'm going to take a year off. I think I stopped feeling creative a while ago, and I'm just realising it now. I used to have all the time in the world to daydream and even just to dream and let your unconscious do some of the work for you. Now I'm up at five in the morning and I don't remember what I dreamed about."
In addition to spending quality time with her three year old, she wants to pick up a new hobby:
"I want to humble myself in front of a task like embroidery. I like how really physical work can free your mind."
She also revealed that when she gets back into the switg of things, she'll be doing more light-hearted fare:
"When I work again, maybe it should be a comedy. I've always had a tendency for darker, more life-life material. I think I had this sense that important things are heavier things. I don't know if that's true any more."
Good for you, Michelle.

Things seem to be getting a bit serious between Michelle Williams and director Spike Jonze.
The two recently shared an intimate dinner at Little Dom's in Los Angeles this weekend.
An according to an insider, "During dinner they would lean in and kiss each other over the table."
And by the end of dinner, Williams had hopped onto Jonze's lap.
That's when the couple proceeded to "smooch."
Jonze "had his arm around [Williams] and kissed her on the cheeks, then on the lips."
Of course, both reps have no comments.

After the death of Heath Ledger, all eyes were on the well-being of his former fiance, Michelle Williams, and their daughter, Matilda.
Now, seven months after his death, it appears Williams has found a bit of happines, with a new guy.
Reports are that Williams is said to be dating film director Spike Jonze.
Jonze is the ex-husband of director Sofia Coppola.
Williams and the over a decade older Jonze have been spotted together several times near her New York apartment in the past few weeks.
One report is of Jonze kissing Williams outside his Lower East Side Manhattan apartment earlier this month.
One onlooker says, "Michelle kissed Spike with a closed mouth on the corner of his lips. There was definitely a bit of caressing going on. She was clutching his arm. The body language was very romantic."
The pair first met back in 2006 when Williams was auditioning for a part in the film Where The Wild Things Are, to which she was offered a part but later withdrew from the movie.
The two ended up working together and forming a friendship last summer while she filmed Synecdoche, New York.
It seems like even Ledger's friends are ok with the situation.
Trevor DiCarlo, a friend of Ledgers, has been helping Williams care for Matilda while in New York.
A source says, "I saw Trevor, Michelle and Matilda out for an afternoon in the neighborhood. They walked around chatting, went to a pizza joint for lunch and took the subway. Heath would be happy to know all his loved ones are doing so well."
Williams and Ledger had been separated for a while before his death.
So is she moving too fast, or is the timing ok?
What do U think?
We say, moving on is a good thing.
Be happy!

Michelle Williams is speaking up about reports that she is missing the premiere of Heath Ledger's final movie, The Dark Knight, due to "issues" over the late actor's will with his family.
Mara Buxbaum, Michelle William's rep, said in a statement released Tuesday, "The presumption that Michelle ever intended to attend The Dark Knight premiere is unfounded, but to say she is 'boycotting' due to a rift with Heath's family is absurd. It is time to allow this family to go about their lives without this continued scrutiny and speculation."
Still, we hope Heath's dad, Kim, doesn't blow away all of the money from the estate like he has done in the past with his own inheritance.
As for Ledger's family, they have confirmed their attendance at the movie premier.
The family will be flying out from Western Australia to New York for the premier on July 14th.
That's just a few days before the six-month anniversay of heath's passing on January 22nd of this year.
It's still so sad.

New reports unveil tension between Michelle Williams and the late Heath Ledger's family.
As you might have guessed, the trouble is all about money - stemming from issues regarding the deceased actor's will.
Williams is supposedly concerned that even though her and Heath's daughter, Matilda, is the beneficiary to Ledger's estate, the little one will be screwed over by Heath's father, Kim, who was identified in the will as the executor of the estate.
We don't fault Michelle for wanting to protect Matilda's interests! That's what moms do, right?
There's 'history' to back up her 'concerns'.
Kim mishandled his own inheritance after the passing of his father, losing A LOT of money for himself and his siblings. In fact, Daddy Ledger's siblings took him to court over the matter!
There's chatter that Williams (and Matilda) will boycott the July 14th premiere of Heath's last full feature film, The Dark Knight, to drive home the point that she's not going to let her daughter's interests be eff'd with.
Reps for Wiliams and the Legers failed to issue comments about the revelations.

Heath Ledger's mini-me, Matilda Rose, enjoys an iced coffee as she takes a stroll near her Brooklyn apartment with mommy Michelle Williams on Sunday.
The actress announced recently that she would be setting up a scholarship in memory of her late partner, which would give one Australian actor the opportunity to pursue his dreams in Hollywood.
Heath's father, Kim, says of the new scholarship, "We know that Heath would be proud of his attachment to this scholarship. "[It] does what Heath has done personally during the last 10 years …, [supporting] Australian actors, singers, directors or writers who seek to supply their talents to the U.S.A."

Michelle Williams is breaking her silence about the untimely death of her beloved Heath Ledger.
The actress is speaking out in the new issue of Interview magazine. This is the first time she's talked publicly about Ledger since releasing a statement on February 1st.
Says Williams, "I think the interesting thing about Heath, which maybe people have only really fully discovered in his death, is how vulnerable he was. You can pick it up on it in his performances, but it’s easy to overlook because he was so physical and beautiful and strong and masculine,” she adds. “But there was always that underlying sensitivity. That’s who he was. He had a talent for everything that he put his mind to. He didn’t know limits."
Michelle also touches on Ledger’s history of sleeping issues.
“For as long as I’d known him, he had bouts with insomnia,” she says. “He had too much energy. His mind was turning, turning turning — always turning.”
Ledger's ex-girlfriend, fellow Australian Naomi Watts, also chats to the mag about the deceased star.
Says Watts, "I think he wanted to be someone who was doing the observing — not the one being observed. He hated not being able to go about his life in an ordinary way. But I think that, deep down, he enjoyed that he was being recognized for his talent. I think he was starting to own that and that's the deepest tragedy, in terms of his work. He was just beginning to own it and embrace it."
Adding some color, she says, "He was a huge, obsessive, chess freak – and very, very good at it."
