Neil Aspinall, known to many as the 'fifth Beatle', has passed away in New York City.

He was 66.

Mr. Aspinall, who lived in England, was receiving treatment for lung cancer at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center when he died.

A school friend of the Beatles' Paul McCartney and George Harrison, Aspinall was the band's first road manager and would drive them to gigs in his van. He later became their personal assistant, and in 1968 was given a management role at Apple Records — The Beatles' own record label.

The BBC reports that despite no musical training, he sang in the chorus of the classic song, Yellow Submarine.

In a joint statement the surviving band members, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, proclaim:

"All his friends and loved ones will greatly miss him, but will always retain the fondest memories of a great man…As a loyal friend, confidant and chief executive, Neil's trusting stewardship and guidance has left a far-reaching legacy for generations to come."

She's mad the judge released the court transcripts in her bitter divorce battle with Paul McCartney. VERY mad!

Mucca just released the following statement.

She says:

“As the record shows, I had no wish for these proceedings to be made public, but releasing them in part is particularly unfair.

It seems an overall tabloid-created perception of my personality is preferred to much detail that I prepared for my case.

I would suggest in the interests of fairness, it is now in the public interest to reveal the transcripts of the full court proceedings.

As this judgement is now being used to further my vilification, details contained within the transcripts and evidence will paint a far fairer and truthful picture which is in the interests of justice.

Publishing this judgement is against the principle of privacy expected within family courts. A person has a right to privacy when they a family court and this was taken away from me.

This decision appears to have been taken with disregard for my human right to privacy and that of my daughter.

It cannot be in her interests that one parent is condemned by the media while the other is ‘prtoected’ or even revered.

With my head held high I am glad to be a strong woman and will use my wealth productively and continue my attempts to make a positive difference in this world.

My strength and determination to move on and continue the work we started years ago is fortified by your support.”

The battle royale of celeb divorces is ovah, and despite Heather Mills' appeal to keep the judge from releasing court reports…the details are now out!

Here's some of the juicy HIGHlights:

- The judge called Mucca "'inaccurate, inconsistent and less than candid." That's no surprise!

- Mucca claimed that she resurrected Sir Paul McCartney's career cause she gave him the light and confidence to go on. Yeah yeah yeah.

- Mucca also requested $1 million for vacations. WTF? Who does she think she is?

- Mucca supposedly bugged conversations between Sir Paul and his daughter, fashion designer daughter Stella. So is that how the press got hold of the purportedly shitty things Stella Macca said about Mucca? Heather is so shady!

No wonder Mills wanted to keep things under wraps!

You know what Heather Mills did just after being awarded a $50 million divorce settlement yesteday?

Mucca POURED WATER over Sir Paul McCartney's lawyer, Fiona Shackleton, in the courthouse!

That's a whole lot of crazy!

According to Mucca, Sir Paul's lawyer called her, "many, many names before even meeting me when I was in a wheelchair.”

We wonder…like what?! There are a few words that come to mind when we think of Heather!

After the water-throwing incident, Mucca had the nerve to 'put on a brave face' and conduct this press conference in front of the courthouse.

She stood up for herself without a lawyer! She's very happy with the settlement! Everything she does is for her daughter, Beatrice! Blah blah blah…

Who is she trying to kid?

You're lucky Paul's attorney didn't yank your fake leg off and beat you upside the head with it!

For Heather Mills, the $50 million divorce settlement she was awarded this morning is apparently not enough.

Her friends say she is 'seriously considering' filing an appeal. Mucca is unhappy with the amount and with the guardianship arrangements for her and Sir Paul McCartney's daughter Beatrice.

She supposedly expected to get more money otherwise she would have settled months ago.

A 'close' friend says, "But it's not really about the money. She is more upset about who will care for Beatrice if both she and Paul died. They both want different people to look after Bea and it appears Paul has got his way."

Yeah right!

An English divorce expert says, "If Heather took the custody issue to the Court of Appeal it would remain private. But if she decides to appeal on the financial settlement it would be heard in public."

If Mucca brings it on, we'll at least get to hear all the juicy details.

Take the money and run, Mucca. $50 million is enough to support lots of charities, which you CLAIM is your passion, biyacth.

After her divorce settlement announcement Monday morning, Heather Mills spoke to the media.

She used the opportunity to take some digs at Paul McCartney and talk about how "delighted" she was with the judgement.

The number was accurate!

As we reported on Friday, Hether "Mucca" Mills was expected to received $50 million in her divorce settlement from Paul McCartney and that's what has just happened.

After both parties were unable to reach an agreement, the judge took the matters into his own hands and on Monday awarded Mills £24.3 million.

Heather is expected to address the media shortly.

She's probably pissed!

Considering the fact that Sir Paul is worth hundreds of millions, this means nothing to him.

They say she's a golddigger, and she's about to collect!

It is being reported that Heather "Mucca" Mills is set to get $50 million in her bitter divorce from Sir Paul McCartney.

The official settlement will be announced at a London court this Monday.

A judge put their fate in his hands after both parties were unable to reach an agreement.

Is $50 million too much or not enough for Mucca????

After being unable to reach a settlement in their divorce case, a London judge is the one who will be deciding how much of Sir Paul McCartney's fortune Heather Mills will receive.

Now, D day is upon us!

March 17th has been set as the date where we will find out Mucca's fate.

And, the divorce settlement may be made public!
