Russell Brand has relationship turn-overs quicker than Vegas marriages, but for right now it appears the British playboy is dating model and TV personality, Zara Martin!
The twosome have been seen together in London TWICE in the past week. They were first spotted out and about after he filmed BrandX and once again after the Royal Albert Hall for a Teenage Cancer Trust performance on Wednesday.
They even plan to keep the new romance going long distance!

Since Russell Brand isn't with Katy Perry anymore, he's now making sure to upkeep on his seksi bod… WITH a mystery brunette!
The comedian was seen coming out of EarthBar yesterday carrying green juice smoothies, and even though we have no idea who the woman behind him was, we're thinking that it's his brand spanking new girlfriend.
Considering that it was early, there's no doubt that the lady in green stayed the night at Brand's crib.
Plus, since they both looked like they just rolled out of bed, it's obvious that they needed a good morning snack.
Guess the Get Him to the Greek actor has moved on, but he definitely hasn't moved UP! LOLz

We hear that she was hoping to get around $8 million for her crib, but now that she’s not getting any nibbles she’s willing to shave more than $1 million off of the price tag. She'll also be posting her place on the multiple listing service to try and get the word out after trying to keep the deal on the down-low.
She must have had some bad memories there, because it sounds like she’s desperate to get out and move on!
It sounds like she's making the right moves to sell her pad, but in the meantime, it looks like her BF John Mayer will just have to make room for one more!

Katy Kat has reportedly signed a $2 million book deal and will pen an autobiography called Part of Me (YUP, just like the movie) detailing her life thus far…
Which obviously includes ALL the dirty deets from her short-lived marriage to Russell Brand!
In fact, rumor has it that Katy wants to get this book out SOON, specifically before Russell publishes another of HIS auto-biographical Booky Wooks, as she wants the public to have BOTH sides of their story.
Katy will apparently ALSO write about her current love affair with John Mayer.
Whoop whoop! Sounds like a juicy Summer beach read to us!
