Well she dropped that Sean Penn once and for all — including his name!

Actress Robin Wright sported a new hair color and went back to her old name at the premiere of her new film, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee.

She's also rocking one hot body in that Herve Leger number!

The actress was overheard saying, "This is all about new beginnings for me."

Well if your looks are any indication it seems like you're headed in the Wright direction!

Sean Penn's 16-year-old son Hopper Jack will not be facing charges after being arrested for narcotics possession last week at his Malibu high school.

It turns out the drugs he had on his person were prescription meds in his name! After an investigation it has been ruled by the District Attorney that no charges were warranted.

The police aren't saying what type of drugs they were, but we're sure Hopper's going to be more careful with his prescriptions from now on.

Any guesses?

Vicodin? Percocet? OxyContin?

Just as we suspected!

Sean Penn's 16-year-old son Hopper [pictured above at 12] was arrested at his school in Malibu last week and it has now been revealed it was for possession of narcotics!

The police haven't released information on exactly what kind of drugs Hopper had on him.

He could be acting out as his mother Robin Wright Penn and father recently went through with their divorce proceedings after THREE tries!

Or Hopper might just be following the sparkling example Sean Penn has set with his own reckless behavior.

Additionally, rumors are swirling that Hopper was kicked out of his Bay Area (San Francisco) high school last year because of drug offenses.

Such a shame!

Sean isn't the only Penn possibly facing jail time.

Reports have leaked that [a family member very close to Sean Penn], was arrested last week in Los Angeles!

An inside source for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's office revealed that family member was arrested at his high school in Malibu.

The sources, who are reportedly close to the investigation, also reveal that since Hopper is a minor the authorities will not release any details as to why he was arrested.

So far no word if Hopper's been charged either.

Wonder what it could have been? Fighting in school? Selling drugs?

What???

He wouldn't even apologize!

After reports surfaced of an inebriated Mickey Rourke firing back at a reporter for claiming that he was dating Evan Rachel Whore, he unleashed a few unkind words.

And now, he's defending them!

"She's a good friend, that's it. And tell that f***ot who wrote all that shit in the paper I'd like to break his f****** legs," Rourke said last November.

When he was asked about the statement on Sunday, he refused to take back the statement.

"I don't really give a f***. Life's too short," he said. "I have more gay friends than any 50 straight people I know, so I don't really give a s***. I meant what I said."

Oh, really?!

Considering he called Sean Penn "one of the most homophobic people I know," we think his ignorance may extend further to the point that he does not know the meaning of the word.

Look it up, sugar!

Sean Penn is in some major trouble with both the paps and cops.

The recently divorced actor may be slapped with battery charges after Penn reportedly lost his shiz on a paparazzo on Friday afternoon in Brentwood and assaulted the photog!!

The pap has since filed a report with the police, claiming the actor of battery.

Kicking and hitting a guy while there are a bazillion paps around????

Not the smartest idea.

They've threatened twice, but this time it's for realz!

Sean Penn's wife, Robin Wright Penn has officially filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences."

When asked on Monday whether she would consider reconciliation, Robin said, "I hit that crossroad a while ago. I know what I don't want."


The couple will share custody of their 16-year old son, Hopper Jack while their 18-year old daughter Dylan Frances is headed to college.

Sad.

It seems even though the brilliant actor has turned down two movies to spend more time with his family, his family doesn't want to spend anymore time with him.

Especially his wife, Robin Wright Penn.

Reports are that a reconciliation between Robin and Sean Penn is not working out as hoped and that the pair could soon be finally going through with a separation.

Robin's reps have come out to say that the actress has "no plans to reconcile," but has "no regrets" and that they "raised two wonderful children."

Let's hope it's for real this time.

Flip-flopping like this is just getting old.
