Kelly Osbourne was in need of some serious readjusting Friday night at the Race To Erase MS Gala in the City of Angels.

With mom Sharon Osbourne by her side, the Fashion Policewoman hit the orange carpet in a pretty gray bustier dress that she paired with complementary metallic heels and clutch.

We're loving everything about Kelly O's look, but we wish she did a quick readjustment in the boobage area so her girls weren't going in opposite directions.

Kelly and Sharon Osbourne put the 'hop' in shopping during a mother-daughter retail therapy sesh at Maxfield in West Hollywood on Saturday.

The Fashion Policewoman wore a YSL motorcycle jacket over a black dress with loads of Chanel accessories, which included her belt, shoes and purse, while Sharon was the perfect rocker mom in a knit skull and crossbones sweater.

Sharon Osbourne made quite the fashion statement Wednesday night while presenting the Best International Female Artist at the BRITs.

The Talk hostess took the stage in a black ensemble that was topped off with a rainbow jeweled shoulder and neck piece that must have weighed a ton!

Hey, no one said fashion was easy!

And that fluff ruby red hair of hers? Fierce!

The ladies of The Talk have some very strong opinions about Brad Pitt's Chanel ad!

Not only do they go on for 2 1/2 minutes talking about how uncomfortable his Chanel commercials are, but then they do a spoof of their own!

Co-host Sheryl Underwood mimics Mr. Pitt's dramatic styling whilst lounging on a chaise as she answers his most mysterious questions.

Funny stuff, ladies, but Brad's commercial isn't that bad. After all, at least you get to hear his sexy voice and look at his handsome face! No complaints here!

Last week, The Talk'w Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler revealed that they were taking it all off for their season three premiere, and they weren't kidding.

For the season three premiere of The Talk, hosts Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne, Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood and Aisha Tyler wanted to try something different, so they're going makeup-free!

That's right. No lipstick, no false eyelashes and absolutely no blush will be used!

Also baring it all on the live season premiere will be Jamie Lee Curtis, The Young and the Restless' Michelle Stafford and Melody Thomas Scott and The Bold and the Beautiful's Katherine Kelly Lang.

We can't wait to see how real these hosts are on Thursday!

Now that the legal battles are over, Sharon Osbourne finally debuted her jewelry line on the Home Shopping Network.

The Sharon Osbourne Collection premiered on Sunday night, and the former America's Got Talent judge's designs were sold out within minutes!

Daughter, Kelly Osbourne, even called the show to congratulate her mom on all her success!

Aww. How cute!
