You can snowboard on warm ocean waves, right??

(We think it's called surfboarding or something! Sports!)

LOLz!

Shaun White has just dropped a cool $3.85 million on a new beach house — which is $400k LESS than what it was listed for, so apparently he can snowboard AND negotiate!

We were beginning to wonder if Michael Phelps was built for every kind of sport, regardless of what it is. Well, no we have our answer: he should stay away from surfing.

Crowd surfing! Ha!

In Vegas this week, Michael was at a nightclub, and decided it was high time to ride a wave of people…

The Saturdays were spotted out and about on a Wednesday!

We can, because the paps snapped them taking surfing lessons on Venice Beach on a beautiful El Lay day.

Frankie Sandford, Vanessa White and Mollie King were rocking some seksi bikinis, showing off their fit bodies.

He was shirtless (thank goodness) at the beach, giving his sons Kingston and Zuma a surfing (boogie boarding) lesson

Nicole Scherzinger, Krysten Ritter, and of course, Brian Geraghty decided to learn to surf in Cabo!

They took part in Oakley’s Learn to Ride Surf and braved the waves with one-on-one surfing lessons from Oakley surfer Luke Walsh and his big-wave surfer brother Ian Walsh.

These are great because you are working your inner thighs that are a hard area to target as well as your abs! I love these because they are fun and moving.

Start out lying on straight on your back with your legs out straight. keep your hands under your lower back.

Lift your legs in front of you with a slight bend and alternate a "kicking motion"kicking your legs upward in the air. Try to make sure you don't touch the ground with your legs.

20 repetitions with 2 sets.
