Don’t mess with Kim Kardashian West‘s family, because home girl clearly does not play around!!!
Late Thursday night, when most of you (like us) were probably fast asleep, KKW’s husband Kanye West logged back on Twitter (oh no!) and started in on a SECOND tweet rant (dear God, no!) that dwarfed his first one from earlier in the day!

Like his inital rant, Yeezy’s new tweets ran the gamut of self-love, and loving the planet, and his being an artist, and blah, blah, blah… (FWIW, ‘Ye also spent some tweet time last night calling out Travis Scott‘s Sicko Mode, which features Drake, and which likely puts KKW and Kylie Jenner in sort of a strange place. But, we digress…)
The BIG few tweets that really caught everyone’s attention were accusations that Drake had called up Yeezy to threaten him and his family (below):

Whoa!!! WTF?!
The pair’s earlier Twitter beef had been over whether Yeezy would allow Drizzy to clear a song sample to use in production, but this has taken a WAY darker turn!
Well, that’s when Kim stepped in, first tweeting this just before midnight El Lay time (below):
My husband is the most brilliant person, the most genius person that I know. He has broken so many boundaries, everything from music, stage design, fashion and culture and will continue to change the world.

And then DROPPING THE HAMMER for good measure with this tweet sent directly to Drake himself (below):

Uhhh… WOW.
We can (and probably should) all be a little skeptical over whether Drake really called Kanye to threaten him when the accusation comes from Ye’s account alone…
But with Kim publicly corroborating that the threatening phone call apparently really did happen, well, in the infamous words of Joe Biden, THIS IS A BIG F**KING DEAL!
Only question is… did Kim and Kanye think to record the call?? They’ve done it before — and proof would certainly help their case!!! (Isn’t that right, Taylor Swift?!)
No response from Drake on any social media channel at this time… but judging by his last response after the first Twitterstorm, we’ll see if he believes this to even be that serious.
