The plot thickens!!
Days after 90 Day Fiancé stars Paul Staehle and his wife Karine Martins got into a nasty fight during which the cops were called, Karine filed for a protective order against her husband.
Paul made the bizarre move of taking to social media again, posting a since-deleted screenshot of the restraining order he was served with (below), showing his followers exactly what Karine is accusing him of.

According to the doc, she says he forced his penis into her mouth and raped her, as well as claiming he has “pushed me, grab my breast squeezing and twisting hurting me, pushing me to the floor.” Eesh.

According to The Blast, the Brazil native alleged in the docs that if she refuses Paul’s advances, he yells and throws things at her. She also claimed her husband threatens to call the police on her, keeps her green card from her, and keeps watch on her every move.
As we reported, Paul made some disturbing claims in an Instagram Live he recorded over the weekend when cops were called to his home. The Kentucky native insisted to his followers that he’s never laid a hand on his wife, and went on to claim that there’s footage of Karine pushing their 1-year-old son Pierre down. He also shared with the officers that he has a Child Protective Services investigation open on Karine.
But in her restraining order request, Karine told a much different story: in addition to accusing Paul of abuse, she claimed he threatens to take away Pierre, forces her to do social media videos, and has cut off all access to their money so she can’t leave — despite the fact that they got married in Brazil and apparently planned on moving back there.
According to Karine, Paul called the CPS on her saying she was aggressive and drunk. However, she claims she’s the one afraid — of Paul AND his mother, who Karine said was a witness to the alleged abuse and refused to report her son.

As for why Karine called the cops on Paul in the first place? Karine claimed she simply needed help in leaving their home. Paul, however, said she was free to leave and accused her of cheating on him. He also claimed she was being reckless with Pierre.
Meanwhile, as Paul claimed she was missing and police were trying to find her, Karine took to social media to let fans know that she and her son were “doing well” amid the intense drama. Telling her fans that she “feared” for her and her son’s life while living with Paul, the reality star wrote on her Instagram Stories:
“I want you all to know that me and Pierre are doing well now. All this past days I had a lot going on. As the media showed, I had issues where the police was called because I feared for my life and my son’s life which led me to ask for help and ultimately be rescued from an environment that no longer was healthy for none of us involved in the situation.”
Karine went on to assure fans she was “not missing” and getting “help,” continuing:
“I’m getting the [best] help I could ever get and I’m really thankful for all the people involved in it. I also thank all the people that worry about me for the support I have had. It have been a big part of my recovery… Relationships are hard and sometimes it just can’t be fixed anymore. I need this time to organize my thoughts, work on myself and care for my son after everything have been through in the last year and half. Just to clarify, the EPO was me, I had help from a translator since I do not speak English. I also would like to state that I’m not missing. The police knows where to find me if they need me. This is a legal matter not a ‘media matter’. That being said it’s the first and last time I will speak about it. Thank you all again, Karine.”

As of now, this sounds like a case of he-said, she-said, but hopefully the truth will come out now that authorities are involved.
