95-Year-Old Woman Sets Sprinting World Record

Wow! This woman is so inspiring.
Ida Keeling, a 95-year-old Bronx native, is the oldest sprinter in the world!
That’s not the only record she’s broken either.
In fact, she’s been breaking records since she started running at the age of 67.
The 4-foot-6 and 83 lbs senior citizen set a world record at a track meet in Manhattan last week, as the oldest woman to run 60 meters in 29.86 seconds!
She proves that age don’t mean a thang and that living a healthier life not only leads to a longer life, but a happier life, explaining:

“I feel younger now than when I was in my 30s and 40s.”

Check out her story above and use that inspiration to get out and get active!
We hope Ida continues to dominate as the oldest sprinter on the track and wish her the best of luck in future races.
