That’s why the country singer is suing her former step father (and Ashley Judd’s dad) over a large amount of money she says she loaned him back in 1994, and has never gotten back.
The amount?
$242,051!!!

The ex stepfather,Michael Ciminella‘s lawyers, though, say his client received the money as a gift and not as a loan. That this is the first time he’s been asked to pay anything back. And declined to discuss any more details.
Ciminella had defaulted on a loan on the house where he lives in the old Louisville neighborhood.
Sounds like a communication problem to us!
A BIG one nonetheless.
