Abby Lee Miller isn’t giving up hope…
As we reported in April, a day after undergoing emergency surgery for what was initially thought to be a spinal infection, the Dance Moms star was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma — a cancer that develops in the lymphatic system.

Unfortunately, after months of chemotherapy and rehabilitation, the choreographer may never walk again though she is “trying to stay positive.”
According to a People source on Thursday:
“Abby has been trying to stay positive throughout this journey, but it’s been tough… She’s getting a little stronger every day, but we don’t know if she’ll ever walk again.”
A second insider says the reality TV personality “is leaving rehab tomorrow to undergo more chemotherapy,” adding:
“Abby’s tough, and she continues to keep her spirits up as she focuses on her health.”
On Wednesday on Instagram, the Lifetime star shared an image of herself in a wheelchair outside a mall.
In late March, Miller was released from prison for bankruptcy fraud and concealment of bankruptcy assets, and lived in a halfway house in Long Beach, California.
