Amanda Bynes Makes Rare Public Appearance -- Looks Happy And Chic At A Fashion Party In LA

Wow, talk about a surprise!
We were NOT expecting to see Amanda Bynes at the Michael Costello pre-Fall capsule collection event sponsored by Svedka Vodka and Sapporo Beer in LA on Thursday night, but we are so glad she was there!

The former Nickelodeon star appeared happy and beautiful in a white lace off-shoulder dress with her long blonde locks looking all sleek and shiny.
It was a bit odd of her to keep her sunglasses on the entire time, but whatever!
At least she was smiling and waving on her way out!
And we hope this means we’ll be seeing more of her at future events.
