Amanda Knox's Unbelievable Story To Be Told In Netflix Documentary... From TWO Opposing Viewpoints!

Amanda Knox
‘s story is one we’ll never forget.
Now that it’s been nine years since Amanda’s former roommate Meredith Kercher was murdered, Netflix is about to release a documentary about the unbelievable tale… only they’re presenting it from both sides!
For those who haven’t followed the story, in 2007, Amanda was just an innocent and naive college student studying abroad in Perugia, Italy when her housemate Meredith was brutally murdered. The student from London was stabbed multiple times and sexually assaulted in a vicious attack that left the otherwise peaceful city devastated.

Unfortunately for Amanda and her then-boyfriend Raffaelle Sollecito, the two were convicted in the court of public opinion despite forensic evidence directly linking a drifter named Rudy Guede to the murder.
While Rudy was sentenced to thirty years in October 2008 for the crime, Knox and Raffalle were also found guilty despite zero hard evidence tying them to the horrific act. It wasn’t until 2011 that the duo’s convictions were overturned — a decision which was re-reversed in 2014 only to be changed AGAIN in their favor last year!
Now directors Rod Blackhurst and Brian McGinn are presenting both sides of the complicated story with the help of Amanda, Raffaelle, Italian prosecutor Giuliano Mignini, and Daily Mail reporter Nick Pisa as evident from Thursday’s opposing I Believe Her and I Suspect Her trailers.
Wow, sounds interesting! Considering the doc has already been receiving buzz at the Toronto Film Festival, we have high hopes! Although, we imagine it has to be better than that made-for-TV movie on the murder starring Hayden Panettiere
