Just another amazing thing to add to her already ridiculous resume!
This afternoon, the city of Sarajevo held a ceremony to make Angelina Jolie an honorary citizen.
The actress was bestowed with the honor for her work in preserving the “truth about the war” in Bosnia with her directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey.
Unfortunately, the future Mrs. Pitt was unable to attend the ceremony. She was, however, able send a message, and shared she is:
“Proud to now be a part of such an extraordinary part of the world and fellow citizen to the people I deeply love and admire.”
Angie added that she plans on giving her new city a visit in July.
Wonderful! We’re sure she is sorry she missed the festivities, but we know she truly treasures the honor.
