It’s been just over year since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced they were calling it quits. With that said, it’s also been over a year… and they haven’t actually filed for divorce.
Regardless of what’s going on between them, the 43-year-old actor and Miz Garner have continued to put their children first.
On Monday, Ben and the 44-year-old beauty took two of their three kids — Violet, 10, and Seraphina, 7 — to the 68th Annual Fourth of July Parade in the Pacific Palisades.

An eyewitness told People of the estranged (but not) couple:
“[Ben] and [Jennifer] were sitting together watching the parade. They were not being affectionate. Ben and Violet were holding hands, and Ben was smiling watching the parade and walking around the community.”
We can’t say we’re surprised these two continue to spend the holidays together. Family first!
