Did Beyoncé Just Tease A Taylor Swift Collab?!? LOOK!

OMG! Is there a Beyoncé and Taylor Swift collab in the works?!?

On Tuesday, the Texas Hold ‘Em artist revealed her highly anticipated country album Cowboy Carter will drop on March 29, noting that it was inspired by “an experience that I had years ago where I did not feel welcomed…and it was very clear that I wasn’t.” She was apparently referencing her 2016 CMAs performance with The Chicks. But after taking a “deeper dive into the history” of the country genre, she was inspired to create her latest project, adding:

“The criticisms I faced when I first entered this genre forced me to propel past the limitations that were put on me. act ii is a result of challenging myself, and taking my time to bend and blend genres together to create this body of work.”

And she won’t be doing it alone!

She teased several collabs, hinting:

“I have a few surprises on the album, and have collaborated with some brilliant artists who I deeply respect. I hope that you can hear my heart and soul, and all the love and passion that I poured into every detail and every sound.”

Naturally, fans quickly jumped to the conclusion the Shake It Off singer is likely one of the “brilliant artists” Queen Bey teamed up with. And it would make sense! Not only are they both mega-successful, but TayTay started her career in country before making the switch into pop. So she knows what it’s like to push those boundaries!

Also, Taylor and Beyoncé have been very supportive of each other lately, such as by showing up to each other’s movie premieres. Knowing the Lover songwriter loves to drop clues, maybe this was a hint all along??

Freaking out about the possible collab, fans took to X (Twitter) on Tuesday to share:

Hey, that’s not a bad theory! And getting to see Taylor return to her roots would be so exciting! But so far neither performer has commented on the speculation.

FWIW, there have also been rumors Beyoncé and Lady GaGa are working on a Telephone sequel, so there’s a lot to look forward to! Let’s hope not too many dreams are crushed when the record is released! LOLz!
