Miley Cyrus sure looked sinful tonight at the Billboard Music Awards.
The 19 year old once again proved she’s all grown up in a shorter than short Jean Paul Gaultier jacket dress and Christian Louboutin pumps.
We’re a little torn on this one.
The jacket is definitely hawt, but the hair and makeup aren’t really working for us.
