There’s something in the air!!!

The stagehands have gone on strike in New York. At around 10 A.M. on Saturday, they starting walking the picket lines outside the major theaters in Times Square.

The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees has been unable to come to terms with the League of American Theaters and Producers, resulting in the temporary closing of almost all shows on Broadway.

Ticketbuyers are being offered refunds for cancelled shows.

The timing of the strike could not have come at a worse time for everyone involved, as Broadway is about to enter its very busy holiday season.
