Carrie Underwood Is Ready For Her Close-Up In First Sound Of Music Commercial!

It’s getting closer and closer!
There’s only a little over a month left until Carrie Underwood makes her debut as Maria von Trapp in The Sound of Music LIVE! on the small screen in December!
NBC gives excited viewers a look at the very first commercial for the live show! Although there isn’t really much to see since it’ll be a live show, there’s a peek of the American Idol alum and behind the production works!
We were hoping for a listen of Carrie doing a few notes of Do-Re-Mi because that’s just one of our favorite things, but beggars can’t be choosers.
