The collab of a lifetime… and it’s been a lifetime in the making!
Ariana Grande will be headlining this weekend’s Coachella festivities on Sunday night, but she won’t be going it alone in the desert — not only will she have more than a hundred thousand of her fans along with her, the Sweetener singer will be joined by *NSYNC, as well!!!
That’s right — the legendary 90s boy band will be taking part in Ariana’s headline set alongside the superstar singer in less than 36 hours!

According to reports out this weekend in TMZ, Ariana will be saying thank u, next to performing solo on Sunday night, instead opting for a joint performance with the legendary (and still popular!) 90s boy band out in the Palm Springs desert!
We don’t know yet exactly what is going to happen tomorrow night — could it be singing, or dancing, or a combination? — but we’re getting reports that one way or another, Ariana will be sharing that stage, and the spotlight that comes along, with her *NSYNC counterparts.
One sad aspect to all this, though, is the absence of Justin Timberlake. Sources say that all of *NSYNC is doing the reunion event with Ariana except for Jessica Biel‘s husband! Awww, man!! He would’ve made the reunion and joint performance all that much more incredible!!!
Still, even without him, one wonders… will Ariana perform her hit song Break Up With Your Girlfriend??? After all, that single DOES sample a catchy old *NSYNC hit, and it makes sense that she’d bring them back for a unique Coachella-themed rendition!!

And even without J.T., something tells us Ariana hooking up on stage with Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick, and JC Chasez will seriously make for a night to remember!!
Oh, BTW — as Ari herself Instagrammed earlier on Friday, this isn’t the first time she’s been on the same screen as the boys from *NSYNC… look at this adorable throwback video (below) and see the little girl show in the crowd at an OLD show the group put on:
Ahhh!!! That’s truly incredible!! Maybe it turns out Sunday night was just meant to be, then — who knew that little girl would grow up to be Ariana?! Amazing!!!
