Fans have never been too shy to call out Coco Austin for, well, just about everything.
But does she really deserve the heat in this instance?!

The doting momma popped up on Instagram on Tuesday with a new video of herself and beloved 7-year-old daughter Chanel Austin. The duo was dancing in the clip to a remixed version of Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas.
In the caption, the 44-year-old star said she swiped the video from Chanel’s phone so she could share it with the world! Writing hashtags “#mommydaughter” and “#dynamicduo,” Coco noted:
“Chanel always makes me do these weird dances I just go with it. I stole this from her phone to show you. Lol.”
And the video is cute!! Ch-ch-check it out (below):
But not all fans came away with warm feelings about it.
In the comments, Coco was slammed for the “inappropriate” dance. Fans took issue with how Chanel smacked her momma’s booty during the routine and more:
“It is not appropriate for a little girl or her mother”
“inappropriate Coco, inappropriate.”
“How sad that that is the new training of parents to children, and worse, that is celebrated by the rest of society, that is why the world is the way it is”
“It’s weird she has her slap her like that. It is weird sorry.”
But not everybody was like that!!
A handful of fans backed Ice-T‘s wife in the comments. Some even shared heartwarming comments about how much the girl looks like her dad as she grows up:
“I wish my mom could have been so cool. Such a neat relationship. I wish you guys lived in my neighborhood.”
“Girl your husband spit that child out I was waiting to see if she kind of started to look like you but she is his twin you guys are so cute!”
“Damn Ice really said Copy & Paste!”
“I love it. You girls rock. Keep it coming.”
“Keep having ALL the fun you can!! They grow up way to quickly!! I loved dancing with my children”
Awww!
Of course, Coco has always taken a lot of online abuse for her parenting decisions. So Tuesday’s vid is no different in that regard.
Was this clip really so bad, tho? What do y’all think??
