Courtney Love Gets Sued

Is Courtney Love a crazed stalker? Fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir thinks so!
Dawn filed a lawsuit on Thursday against Love, claiming she’s become “the latest victim of Love’s volatile personality, hair trigger temper, and malicious and tortious behavior.” The lawsuit claims it all started last year when Courtney contacted Simorangkir about purchasing some of her designs.
In February 2008, Simorangkir designed a custom dress for Courtney and sent her over $4,000 worth of her Boudoir Queen couture line. But when she sent her the bill, Love flipped her shiz!
Dawn claims Courtney’s gone on the Internet and spread lies about her and even threatened her life saying Simorangkir would be “hunted til [she was] dead.” Adding that the crazed Love has been trying to ruin her and spreading rumors that Dawn is a “vile horrible lying bitch,” along with supposedly being “a cocaine dealer, a thief, an embezzler, a racist and a homophobe.”
So what’s Dawn looking for?
The designer is asking for unspecified amount to pay for “libel, invasion of privacy, intentional interference with a prospective economic advantage, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract.” Basically she wants a lot of money since her business is hurting due to Love’s “irreparable damage” to her reputation.
Somehow we think Smimorangkir is exaggerating a bit. Seriously, who the hell takes Courtney Love seriously or listens to a word she says????
