Saturday marked the 20th anniversary of Kurt Cobain‘s tragic death, which means rumors are swirilng for a Nirvana revival in his memory.
And ’90s grunge fans might get just that, but it is likely Courtney Love‘s plans aren’t what they envisioned for their idol.
NOPE! No holographic flannel-wearing Kurt is in the making!
Actually, Courtney has given her approval of a Broadway show about her late lover’s life and she’s ready to challenge any skeptics.
Courtney explained:
“It’s more a play, conceived by a brilliant team. I can’t name names, but when you hear who is possibly involved, it takes on a new dimension. Otherwise it’s Vegas rubbish, and I will never allow it. There will be no jazz hands on Smells Like Teen Spirit!”
Well, it’ll definitely be tricky to hold on his Kurt’s , but we are ALL fully aware Courtney would never let anything be created about her baby daddy if it wasn’t absolutely perfect.
We cannot wait to see it!
