We have to be honest. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Well, sooner really.
David Eason is now facing criminal charges — thankfully only for damage to a vehicle.

You may recall Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans posted a video online of her hubby towing someone’s truck which had been legally parked at a public metered spot — because he thought it was blocking in his truck.
Several complaints were made to the Wilmington Police by people who saw the obviously illegal act on YouTube. Eventually the truck’s owner found out and pressed charges.

Now RadarOnline has obtained a criminal summons showing Eason has been charged with tampering with a vehicle and injury to personal property.
According to the complaint towing the truck without putting it in neutral caused damage to the transmission.
Look — we all get annoyed when we think people are parked badly. But you can’t just go around damaging other people’s cars and expect not to face consequences. And if you do, DON’T FILM IT AND POST IT ONLINE.
Not to mention, the way these two react to everything, we really have to wonder if they were even right to be upset…
Just sayin’.
We hope Eason complies with the summons and police aren’t forced to go to his property. Perhaps it’s an empty threat, but he has claimed in Instagram videos he will fire upon trespassers, even law enforcement.
Totally rational and not dangerous at all…
