Gay Marriage: Department Of Justice Pushes DOMA Cases Toward Supreme Court!

What a glorious Friday it is! The Obama administration is fighting for gay rights and WE LOVE IT!!!
The Department of Justice has just asked the Supreme Court to hear the final appeals in Massachusetts v. Dep’t of Health and Human Services and Golinski v. Office of Personnel Management.
While the Golinski case was to be heard in front of an Appeals court, the DOJ wants the Supreme Court to hear it now.
Since both of the cases question the constitutionality of DOMA, the Court could end up overturning DOMA’s actions all together!
