If you thought that Zach Braff Kickstarter campaign was bad, y’all need to hold America’s beer.
Apparently Donald Trump supporters have realized his whole “Mexico is going to pay for the wall” sales pitch was nonsense — but they’re STILL ON BOARD!
A veteran named Brian Kolfage believes in the idea of a physical wall to protect America so much, he started a GoFundMe for it!
(More important than care for veterans? Really??)

Anyway, he is far from alone. While they may hate the idea of their taxes going toward keeping everyone in this country healthy, Trump supporters are willing to shell out big bucks to keep brown people out.
As of this writing they’ve raised a SHOCKING $6.2 MILLION toward the goal of $1 billion.
Of course, estimates put the cost of a border wall covering 2,000 miles at closer to $25 billion — but hey, it’s the thought that counts, right?
Especially since none of this money can actually be used by the government to do something it has NOT agreed to…
Just imagine Trump ranting about the wall and ending not with “and Mexico’s going to pay for it” but rather:
“And YOU will pay for it! Out of your own pocket! Not taxes on everyone! Not rich people! Just you, using PayPal!”
Anyway, we weren’t the only ones to see the humor and the tragedy in these folks putting up their hard-earned dollars to support their delusional leader’s xenophobic dream.

Oh, yes! Let's #GoFundTheWall while not taking care of our veterans. Cool. Cool. Cool.

“So, no bike?”
“No bike, son. That money is going to build the wall.”
“But the Pwesident said that Mexicoland was gonna pay.”
“Well they said no so now we are.”
“Is this ‘cuz we’re ‘moaning the bibs’?”
“‘Owning the libs’ Jeffrey. Owning the libs.” #GoFundTheWall— Patton Oswalt (@pattonoswalt) December 20, 2018
A little bit of math on #GoFundTheWall. They've raised $4 million in 3 days. WOW!
Now, by Fox News' own estimate, the wall would cost $25 billion. If they raise $1.3 million a day, EVERY DAY, it would take them 51 years, 4 months, and 19 days.
So, keep donating you dummies.

Imagine all the good you could do if you bigoted hacks would put your time, energy, and money towards cancer research or alzheimer research or hell even housing and feeding all of the homeless vets you claim to care so much about.#GoFundTheWall https://t.co/FE9c00I6Ju

It is pathetic that thousands of Americans in a position of privilege choose to put their money behind hatred and bigotry (i.e., #GoFundTheWall) – instead of behind love and goodness (feeding the hungry, clothing the needy, healing the sick).

*wall will not be located on US/Mexican border
*wall may actually be made of sand
*wall is a sandcastle on the beach

The most hilarious and delusional thing I've seen in a while is the same Americans who voted for a man that vowed to get Mexico to pay for their wall–are now celebrating the fact that they themselves are crowdfunding it. #GoFundTheWall

A week before Christmas. Are Trump supporters asking to help homeless veterans, donate to stop children's cancer, feed hungry kids, end domestic violence, stop substance abuse, or aid national disaster victims?
Nope. Baby Jesus says stop helping those in need.#GoFundTheWall

Last night, @HoarseWisperer joked about a GoFundMe to buy ladders in response to this border wall nonsense. I laughed but then thought: "Wait, why not?"
We've now raised $13,000 for, um, "ladders". (Actually going to @RAICESTEXAS). #GoFundTheWallhttps://t.co/CHMKJZqj25
