Everything about this screams Little Mermaid!!

The beachy waves, the sea colored velvet of the dress, the treasure-like elements, and of course the mermaid shape!

Connie accessorized her Under The Sea look with matching chandelier earrings, a box clutch, and a handful of golden bangles.
