When Michael Rotondo‘s parents decided he needed to get out of their house already, they unfortunately didn’t have access to Sarah Jessica Parker.
So they just used the law.
Mark and Christina Rotondo sued to evict their adult son, who moved back in with them 8 years ago after losing a job. They claim he does not help with family expenses or household chores.
ABC7 reports the desperate parents told the court they tried to get him to leave beginning on February 2, even offering him $1,100 to get started on his own — but he wouldn’t leave.

Michael argued to the judge that he hadn’t been given enough time, but State Supreme Court Justice Donald Greenwood wasn’t buying it. After the 30-year-old refused the chance to work things out with his own parents who were present in court, Greenwood ordered him to vacate the premises.
The evictee then told reporters he thought the ruling was “outrageous” — and that he would appeal the decision so that he could continue to stay in his room and not talk to his parents.
That doesn’t sound alright alright alright to us. How about you??
