Former Incubus DJ Threatens To Kill Their Current DJ!

The former DJ to the rock band Incubus is having trouble coming to grips with the fact that he’s no longer in the group… 11 years after the fact!

Current Incubus DJ Chris Kilmore (aka DJ Kilmore) has filed a temporary restraining order against former Incubus DJ Gavin Koppel (aka DJ Lyfe) after Koppel made death threats towards Kilmore!!!!

This isn’t the first time Kilmore has been harassed by DJ Lyfe, either – the legal papers say the former DJ has been harassing Chris and his Incubus band mates “for the last 11 years”, and even had a previous restraining order filed against the DJ in 2003.

According to the docs, in the Summer of 2009, DJ Lyfe paid DJ Kilmore and his a girlfriend a visit to his home in the middle of the night!

Creepy!

The former DJ popped up again in December when Kilmore and his girl were leaving a store and “started in on a tirade about scratch records” before telling him he would “get killed” if the ’03 restraining order wasn’t dropped and tried to start a fist fight with the DJ!

The two DJs are heading to court on January 27th – let’s hope they get this shiz worked out before something even more serious happens!
