Gigi Hadid is clearing up any confusion about her reported reconciliation with Zayn Malik!
In case you happen to be one of the skeptics out there who doubt the two are an item again, the 24-year-old supermodel took to Instagram on Sunday and shared a sweet photo which featured the former One Direction crooner and a very clear message: Zigi is totally back ON!

In the snapshot (below), a Polaroid image of the couple looking cozy together is seen on display next to a single candle and a bed is also featured in the background:
“Bedside,” along with two loving heart emojis was included with the photo to let us know exactly what we’re looking at! It appears Gigi is keeping mementos of her lover super close by while they give their romance another shot!
We’ll just have to appreciate this form of online PDA until the two feel more comfortable appearing on each other’s feeds again. Plus, nothing is better than some good old picture-perfect proof these days, right? You know, like the pics that surfaced of the lovebirds at Zayn and Dua Lipa‘s joint birthday party in NYC last month?
In the images, first shared by Daily Mail.com, the two seemed so comfortable together despite how much time has passed since they broke up, and this new upload serves as another reminder of the lovey-dovey energy present in their relationship.
A source also shared a positive update about them with Us Weekly recently, noting:
“They got back together very recently. They have been trying to make it work for three months but it has been slow and steady.”
Slow and steady… but also secretive AF since they managed to keep this from the world for THREE months!
Well, judging by Hadid’s latest upload, whatever attempts they’ve made to repair their bond must be working. Talk about an OTP! Zayn, for his part, has yet to share any pics of his ex again but perhaps those will come later.
The last time the pair broke up, the Pillowtalk singer broke the news on Twitter, writing:
“Gigi and I had an incredible meaningful, loving and fun relationship and I have a huge amount of respect and adoration for Gigi as a woman and a friend. She has such an incredible soul. I’m grateful to all of our fans for respecting this difficult decision and our privacy at this time, we wish this news could have come from us first. We love you all. xZ”
And Bella Hadid‘s sister simultaneously shared this message with her followers, too:
“Breakup statements often seem impersonal because there is really no way to put into words what two people experience together over a few years .. not only in the relationship, but in life in general. I’m forever grateful for the love, time, and life lessons that Z and I shared. I want nothing but the best for him and will continue to support him as a friend that I have immense respect and love for. As for the future, whatever’s meant to be will always be. xG”
Ahh, whatever’s meant to be will be, indeed!! As long as these two are truly happy, we’re so here for this!
