This is definitely NOT music to our ears.
While we were anxiously awaiting the 2016 Grammy Awards nominations early Monday morning, our initial joy quickly soured when we noticed some of our absolute faves were glaringly left off the list.
With Taylor Swift and The Weeknd taking up most of the voters’ attention, some A-Listers like Nicki Minaj, One Direction, and Lana Del Rey were snubbed for no reason!
But we’re not the only ones pissed about the omissions — Directioners are downright livid that their boys weren’t nominated for Made in the A.M., even though Four was actually the album that got snubbed.
So which other fan favorites failed to score any Grammy nods this year??
