Lingerie lines are the new fragrance deals!
Halle Berry is following in Britney Spears‘ footsteps and launching her own lingerie collection. Or, more accurately, she’s bringing a popular French lingerie brand called Scandale to the States!
Apparently, the actress spotted the brand while living in Paris with her husband Olivier Martinez, and decided that it would be great for women in the US as well!
She explained:
“I’m married to a French man, so I spend a lot of my down time in Paris just walking around. I came across this brand in a very small display in one of my favorite stores and I just thought, ├óΓé¼╦£Wow, we don’t have anything quite like this in America.'”
Halle became co-owner of the company and modernized some of the distinctly French designs to better suit today’s women.

The best part is that the line is super affordable, with bras ranging from $16-18 and underwear for $7, and will be available in Target stores on October 27.
The actress launched the collection in New York yesterday and looked very sultry in a sheer Nina Ricci top and leather Rebecca Vallance skirt.
She even admitted that she’d consider modeling the line herself sometime in the future!
“Maybe one day. When we were going into production I was pregnant. Down the road, when I get my mojo back, it’s possible that I might model it from time to time.”
Oh la la, as they say in France!
