It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years since we were first introduced to Harry Potter and his fearless friends!
On June 26, 1997, J.K. Rowling‘s Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone was released, and millions of fans were born! Celebrating the special occasion, the incredible author even took to Twitter to share some words:
20 years ago today a world that I had lived in alone was suddenly open to others. It’s been wonderful. Thank you.#HarryPotter20

And in another four years, we’ll be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the film franchise! How wild is that??
