Harry Potter And The Cursed Child Reveals First Look At Ron, Hermione, & Their Daughter In New Cast Portraits! Meet The Granger-Weasleys...

More of our favorite Hogwarts heroes are back!
As we draw closer to the opening night of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, we’re finally getting to see the cast in their roles of the eighth HP story — which picks up right after the epilogue of Deathly Hallows.
On Tuesday, the first look at Harry, Ginny, and their son Albus was revealed in a very serious family portrait — but thankfully, things are a lot more happy-go-lucky in the Granger-Weasley household!
Pottermore released the first look of a grown up Ron, Hermione, and their daughter on Wednesday!

In the photo, we see Paul Thornley as the still lovable Ron Weasley, Noma Dumezweni as Hermione Granger (girl kept her last name — Emma Watson would be proud!), and Cherrelle Skeete as Rose Granger-Weasley.
As for which of her two parents Rose takes after, J.K. Rowling said:

“Rose is like her mother, but more secure, more grounded. She was born to wizards and knows her place in the world. Cherrelle plays her perfectly: bossy but deeply lovable.”

Sounds like the perfect blend of her parents!
Though Ron and Hermione have another son, Hugo, he is missing from the photo because he isn’t of Hogwarts age when the play’s first act takes place.
We’re pleased to see this family portrait is a little less rigid than the Potters’, but we’re sure having Hermione as a mom isn’t a walk in the park either!
Ch-ch-check out the Granger-Weasley fam (above)!
